[Prior Art] FIG. 8 shows an example of a conventional non-reflection terminator. This forms a resistive film 3 having a resistance value that is equal to the characteristic impedance Z 0 of the line to the tip of the strip line 2 on the dielectric 1, are grounded using ground conductor 4. The tip 6 of the strip line and the ground point 7 are separated by a distance l, and the high-frequency characteristics of the resistive film and the ground conductor portion between them have properties as a resistance and properties as a transmission line at the same time. Characteristic impedance when the resistor 3 is replaced with a conductive film to be equal to Z 0, consider the properties at high frequencies by replacing the simple model shown this terminator in Figure 9. In FIG. 9, the reflection coefficient when viewing the direction of the ground point at a distance x from the ground point is defined as と する x (ω). Here, ω represents an angular frequency. The portion of 0 <x <l represents a resistor portion and a ground conductor portion to a ground point. In reality, the resistor portion has a property as a resistance and a property as a transmission line, and the ground conductor portion has a property as a transmission line. than it has only the nature but, here collectively as one both for simplicity, has a resistance value R = Z 0, and the characteristic impedance when replacing the conductor loss such that Z 0 Replaced with a certain transmission line. This modeled terminator has the characteristics as a resistor shown in FIG. 10 and the characteristics as a transmission line shown in FIG. FIG. 12 is a Smith chart showing, with equal frequency intervals, a change in the reflection coefficient l l (ω) with an increase in the angular frequency ω when viewing the ground point side from the position of x = 1 in FIG. When ω = 0, starting from the position of l l (0) = − 1, Γ 1 rotates clockwise around the origin by an angle proportional to ω. This indicates that the nature of the transmission line in FIG. 11 causes the reflection coefficient to rotate clockwise with increasing frequency.

Ratio of clockwise change in the reflection coefficient with increasing the influence x the nature of the transmission line, the larger the omega 1 is large. Therefore, the reflection coefficient 位置l (ω) at the position of x = 1
The deviation from the origin increases as the frequency increases. FIG. 14 shows the reflection coefficient 終端l (ω) of the terminator according to the frequency.

Another way to reduce the deviation from the origin of the gamma l (omega), as shown in FIG. 15, 0 <I lower than the characteristic impedance Z 1 and Z 0 when replaced by a conductor portion of the x <l Value. At this time, the properties of the transmission line shown in FIG. 11 change to those shown in FIG. At this time, the change of Γ l (ω) at the same frequency interval in FIG. 12 is as shown in FIG. l is a quarter to become angular frequency of the wavelength λ as omega 0, omega is the rate of change due to the frequency of the gamma l (omega) of a sufficiently small range than omega 0 is reduced by a Z 1 <Z 0 , When ω approaches ω 0 Γ
The rate of change of l (ω) suddenly increases. Therefore, in the range where ω is sufficiently smaller than ω 0 , the influence as a transmission line for rotating x x1 ) in FIG. 13 clockwise decreases. As a result, the deviation of Γ l (ω) from the origin in FIG. 14 is reduced, and the reflection is reduced.

Thus, the characteristic impedance Z 1 when replacing the resistor portion to a conductor technology to reduce the reflection by less than Z 0 was also in the prior art. For example the relative dielectric constant .epsilon.r 2 dielectric resistor portion as FIG. 18, some of which has a small Z 1 by larger than the dielectric constant .epsilon.r 1 of the dielectric stripline portion (JP Showa 59-218002

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-218002, only the resistor portion needs to be a substrate having a different dielectric constant, and the production is troublesome, and mass production is difficult. On the other hand, in the device described in JP-A-61-238102, the current flowing into the resistor from the end of the strip line flows radially through the resistor, and as shown in FIG. , c, through different paths to the ground points A, B, C respectively
Assuming that the values of l for a, b, and c are la, lb, and lc, respectively, lb is longer than lc, la is longer, and la, lb is the re-short distance lc.
When the length is longer, the influence of clockwise rotation of the reflection coefficient, which is a characteristic of a transmission line, becomes strong, and therefore, there is a disadvantage that the anti-reflection characteristic cannot be improved much.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a non-reflection terminal in which the tip of a strip line is grounded by a plurality of ground points on the ground conductor via a resistive film and a ground conductor. The resistive film and the ground conductor have a shape that spreads in a fan shape from the tip of the strip line toward each ground point, and the resistance value of the resistive film is equal to the characteristic impedance of the strip line and the strip line The point is that each of the ground points is arranged so that the distance from the tip of each of the ground points to each of the ground points via the resistive film is substantially equal.

[Operation] The non-reflection terminator of the present invention takes into consideration that, when the width of the resistor 3 is wider than the line width of the strip line 2, the electromagnetic wave entering the resistor 3 from the tip 6 of the line propagates radially. Then, the shape of the resistor is such that the line width of the resistor becomes wider from the tip 6 of the line to the ground point 7, and the distance l from each ground point to the tip 6 of the line is constant regardless of the ground point. By arranging the ground point, the influence of the properties as a transmission line is minimized.
Non-reflection characteristics are obtained by reducing the deviation of l (ω) from the origin.

The shape of the portion of the resistor 3 is fan-shaped around the tip 6 of the strip line 2, and the width of the resistor 3 and the ground conductor 4 becomes wider from the tip 6 to the ground point 7. Further, the distances l from the ground points 7 (in this case, through holes) to the tip 6 of the line are all substantially equal. This value of 1 is the minimum value that can be produced.

As described above, the characteristic impedance Z 1 when replacing between the tip 6 of the grounding point 7 at the conductor can be made smaller than Z 0, and the current flowing from the tip 6 to ground 7 in Figure 2 Can be set to the minimum value l regardless of the paths a, b, and c.

In the above-mentioned JP, Satisfies that a good non-reflection end is obtained, but it is not necessary to satisfy such a relationship at all to reduce reflection. Assuming that the characteristic impedance when the resistive film is replaced with a conductor is Z 0 ′, if Z 0 ′ becomes smaller gradually from the end of the strip line toward the ground position, the smaller the Z 0 ′, the better the anti-reflection Characteristics are obtained.

Further, FIG. 4A of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. Sho. In other words, the 20th
Only the propagation in the x direction in the figure is considered, and the influence of the propagation in the y direction is not considered. Actually, as shown in the figure, if there is a portion where the line width changes discontinuously, the propagation of the electromagnetic wave from a narrow line to a wide line has a radial shape as shown in the figure.

Therefore, when the above-mentioned Z 0 ′ is reduced in order to obtain a non-reflection characteristic, it is effective to gradually reduce the value according to the progress of the electromagnetic wave. When the line width is discontinuously widened as shown in the figure, the lengths of the paths a, b, and c are different from each other, which causes deterioration of the termination characteristics.

First, the use of the conductor pedestal, which is a feature of the present invention, is different from the present invention. FIGS. 5 and 6 are common to the present invention in that the characteristic impedance decreases as the position approaches the ground point. However, it is necessary to use components such as the substrate 6a to which the resistive film 6b is attached and the conductor pedestal. In contrast, the device according to the invention can be manufactured by printing a pattern, so that the invention is more productive.
