4図に示すように、計器文字板1の表面に沿って回動す
る計器指針22の表面に、紫外線を受けて励起発光する蛍
光顔料が混入された塗料3を印刷し、該指針2の前方に
配設せしめている光源を点灯することにより励起発光さ
れる紫外線を照射することにより、その指針2の表面を
鮮明に発光表示させることができるようにした計器指針
を提案している(例えば実公昭63−76248号)。

紫外線を受けて励起発光する蛍光顔料が混入された塗料
による指標19が、該指針本体14の幅より狭い細幅で施さ
れているものである。このように構成されている指針本
体14の下側に導光体18を適宜接着剤を使用して固着して
第1図に示す如き指針13を構成する。

有する計器指針照明装置が提供できる。

の結果指針の指度位置を明確に目視確認することができ
ると共に、指針の照明手段に高級感が持たらされ、従来
では得られないデザイン的効果と指度効果を有する計器
指針照明装置が提供できる特長がある。
