The sewerage g which is water injection in is grown in oxygen in the air bubbles f from the trachea 5 diffusing laid in the water tank bottom a 4 on the move as a horizontal stream in a water bath a is aerated in water, activated various It is aerated and purified by microorganisms. The purified treated water is drained to a drainage basin b communicating with a water tank a, and then drained from the drainage basin b to a public sewer through a drain pipe e. The oxygen concentration of the air bubbles f blown into the water from the air diffuser 5 is about 25%, the solubility of oxygen in the water is about 8 mg / l at the maximum, and the effective utilization rate of oxygen in the air bubbles f is 6%.
%. In addition, in the aeration tank for wastewater treatment, in general, a large amount of air is supplied from the air diffuser 5 by increasing the driving time of the blower in order to maintain the microorganism concentration in the tank at about 3000 to 6000 mg / l.

In the above-mentioned conventional wastewater treatment apparatus, the sewage g flows horizontally in the water tank a and is discharged to the drainage basin b, so that the residence time in the water tank a is short. Therefore, since the aeration processing time is short, if the plane of the water tank is made horizontally long in order to extend the aeration processing time, the construction site area becomes large. In addition, sewage g from the air diffuser 5 laid on the bottom a 4 of the water tank.
The air bubbles f released therein dissolve the oxygen in the air bubbles f into the water while naturally floating as the ascending flow in water having a maximum water depth of about 5 m. At this time, the dissolved concentration of the supplied oxygen is about 2 to 3 mg / l, and the effective utilization rate of oxygen in the air bubbles f is as low as 6% or less. This is because the air bubbles f
This is because the contact time in water required for oxygen to dissolve during natural ascent as a rising flow is as short as about 10 seconds. Therefore, in order to maintain the concentration of microorganisms in the water tank a at about 3000 to 6000 mg / l, it is necessary to increase the aeration capacity of the blower in order to supply a large amount of air to the water tank a. There was a problem. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to extend the residence time of sewage in a water tank and the contact time of air bubbles in water, and to make air bubbles finer and diffuse. An object of the present invention is to provide a wastewater treatment device with high purification efficiency and low running cost by increasing the effective utilization rate of oxygen in the supplied air to about 8%.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has achieved the above object in a wastewater treatment apparatus for purifying wastewater such as domestic wastewater or industrial wastewater by aeration treatment. For this purpose, a drain pipe insertion hole and an air discharge hole are provided at the top of the tower-shaped water tank, and a drainage basin that communicates with the bottom of the water tank and extends from the bottom of the water tank to the top of the water tank along the side wall of the water tank is provided. A zigzag-shaped passage is formed by alternately protruding the partition walls with a rising edge from the inner wall and leaving a gap between the tip of each partition plate and the inner wall of the water tank, and a diffuser pipe for air release on the bottom of the water tank. Laid. Further, according to the present invention, the partition plates provided inside the water tank are arranged at an ascending gradient of 5 to 10 degrees, and an auxiliary partition plate is provided so as to cover an open end of each partition plate, or a partition plate and a partition plate are used. The partitioned space may be filled with an inorganic carrier, or a washing pipe for washing the carrier may be laid on the lower surface of the partition plate.

According to the present invention, a water tank as an aeration tank is formed in a tower shape with a high water depth, and sewage is treated as a downward flow from a water surface to a bottom surface of the water tank in a zigzag passage formed by a partition plate. Since the water is discharged as an upward flow from the bottom toward the water surface, the residence time of the sewage in the water tank can be extended, and the contact time of the air bubbles underwater can be extended. In addition, air bubbles released from the air diffuser laid on the bottom of the water tank reach the lower surface of the first-layer partition plate while floating naturally in the water as an upward flow, and move as a horizontal flow along the lower surface of the partition plate along the gradient. ,
After passing through the opening surrounded by the partition plate and the auxiliary partition plate, it reaches the lower surface of the partition plate of the second layer, and then moves while repeating the upward flow and the horizontal flow to reach the water surface and reach the outside through the air discharge hole. Is discharged. In addition, the air bubbles are forcibly and continuously supplied by the blower, and the air bubbles are moved and diffused by the partition plate, so that the air bubbles stay in the space defined by the partition plate. I can do it. Furthermore, the space partitioned by each partition plate is filled with an inorganic carrier, and the air bubbles passing between the innumerable carriers are refined and dispersed, so that the dissolving efficiency of oxygen in the air bubbles is increased, and the air bubbles are increased. The contact time in water can be further extended. Furthermore, washing pipes are provided in parallel on the lower surface of each partition plate, and high-pressure water is injected from the washing pipe to remove excess microorganisms that adhere to and grow on the carrier, and the carrier is maintained in a normal state. I can do it.

According to the wastewater treatment apparatus of the present embodiment, the wastewater g such as domestic wastewater passes through the drainpipe d and is inserted into the drainpipe insertion hole 1 in the upper part of the tank with a drainpipe d from the end of the drainpipe d. It is poured into water. The injected sewage g passes through a zigzag-shaped passage while being purified as a downward flow from the surface of the water, is further discharged through the communication hole 3 to the drainage basin b, and then from the drainage basin b through the sewer pipe e to the public sewer. It is drained to etc. On the other hand, the water tank bottom a 4 air bubbles f from diffusing pipe 5 was laid was aerated in water is reached the water surface becomes upward flow from the water tank bottom a 4 is discharged from the air discharge hole 2 to the outside, the The oxygen in the air bubbles f dissolves in the water while rising in the water to grow and activate various microorganisms, and the various microorganisms aerate and purify the wastewater g. Therefore, sewage g
The drained as downflow toward the water tank bottom a 4 from the water surface,
Since air bubbles f and to discharge upflow toward the surface of the water from the water tank bottom a 4, extending the aquarium residence time of sewage g, and extend the water contact time required for dissolution of oxygen air bubbles f I can do it. Also, the bottom surface a 4 of the water tank a
The air bubbles f released from the air diffuser 5 laid on the lower surface reach the lower surface of the first-layer partition plate 6 while naturally floating as an upward flow, and move as a horizontal flow along the lower surface of the partition plate 6 along the gradient. After reaching the lower surface of the second-layer partition plate 6 through an opening surrounded by the partition plate 6 and the auxiliary partition plate 7, the air discharge hole 2 moves in the same manner while repeating a rising flow and a horizontal flow to reach the water surface. Is discharged to the outside. In addition, the air bubbles f are forcibly and continuously supplied by the blower, and the movement and diffusion of the air bubbles f are performed by the partition plate 6, and the air bubbles f stay in the space defined by the partition plate 6. The contact time can be further extended.
