たとしても容易に解除することができ、ひいては安全性
及び作業性を向上させることができる。

管40の部分には、吸引圧制御手段60が装着されている。
上記吸引圧制御手段60は、分岐管40に装着されたリーク
弁70、吸引チューブ20に装着されたピンチバルブ80及び
これらリーク弁70とピンチバルブ80とを配設すると共
に、上記分岐管40に連結管50c,50dを介して接続された
通路92を有する胴部90から構成されている。上記リーク
弁70は、胴部90に形成された案内部91を上下方向に摺動
する一対の駆動杆71と、この駆動杆71の上端に固着され
たプレート72と、プレート72の裏面に突設され、胴部90
に形成された通路92の開口部93を開閉する一対の弁体73
と、駆動杆71の周部に巻回され、駆動杆71の軸方向に付
勢するスプリング74とから成っている。又、上記ピンチ
バルブ80は、シリンダ82と、このシリンダ82を上下方向
に摺動する弁体81と、この弁体81との間に吸引チューブ
20を介在する固定部材83とから成っている。
