When a used plastic caster having a caster body and wheels made of synthetic resin is crushed for recycling, a metal caster pin or axle is connected to the caster body. In addition, the trouble of removing the caster pins and axles from the caster body becomes complicated, and metal parts such as nuts are inserted inside molded articles of synthetic resin such as legs of office chairs to which plastic casters are attached. If the caster-equipped molding is cast, it is not possible to crush the caster-equipped molded product while the caster is still attached. Need to be separated. An object of the present invention is to make a plastic caster a structure that is easy to recycle, and to enable a recycling process in which a molded article with casters is crushed and reused as it is.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the caster main body of the plastic caster, the wheel connected to the axle of the caster main body, and the molded product to which the plastic caster is assembled are all formed of the same or similar synthetic resin material. Along with the connecting shaft formed integrally with the caster body and fitted into the bearing hole of the molded product,
The caster body and the molded product are connected without using metal parts, and it is possible to recycle the molded product with the caster to which the plastic caster is connected while crushing the caster with the caster connected. At this time, only the same kind of synthetic resin crushed waste is crushed and collected without mixing of different kinds of synthetic resin crushed waste.

Further, said connection shaft and running through the vent hole to form the connecting shaft to the hollow shaft shape, the outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft, the inner crowded fitting the coupling shaft into the bearing hole When pushed into the part, the ridge formed on the peripheral surface of the bearing hole engages and engages the connecting shaft in the circumferential direction along the engaging groove for allowing the connecting shaft to rotate and prevent the connecting shaft from coming off. Forming
At the outer end of the hole, when the connecting shaft is fitted into the bearing hole and pushed into the inner part thereof, the connecting shaft comes into contact with a receiving surface of a convex portion formed at the top of the bearing hole, so that the receiving shaft comes into contact with the receiving shaft. It has a configuration in which a contact edge received by the surface is formed.

[0007] Thus, by forming the connecting shaft into a hollow shaft through the through hole in the connecting shaft connecting the caster body and the molded product, the connecting shaft can be bent without increasing the cross-sectional area of the connecting shaft. The rigidity can be increased, and the strength characteristics of the connecting shaft required for connecting the caster body and the molded product are secured. Further, when the connecting shaft of the caster body is fitted into the bearing hole of the molded product and pushed inward, the engaging groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft and the convex ridge formed on the peripheral surface of the bearing hole are engaged. At the same time, the contact edge formed at the outer end of the hole of the connecting shaft abuts against the receiving surface of the convex portion formed at the top of the bearing hole, and the tip of the connecting shaft is received by the receiving surface,
The connection shaft fitted in the bearing hole is free of looseness and poor fitting, and the connection shaft is properly connected to the molded product.

Further, since the engaging groove of the connecting shaft and the ridge of the formed product are engaged with the contact edge of the connecting shaft abutting against the receiving surface of the formed product, the connection fitted into the bearing hole. It is possible to enhance and stabilize the connection state between the caster main body and the molded product by the connection shaft by eliminating rattling, fitting failure and retaining failure of the shaft.
