The conventional treatment of oil-water-containing waste is carried out by a solid-liquid separation method using a dehydrator by adding an inorganic polymer flocculant and an organic polymer flocculant as described above. However, in all of these waste treatment methods, the dehydrated separated liquid is discharged to rivers and sewers, so that pollution problems such as environmental pollution are inevitable due to adverse effects on the environment. Therefore, there has been a demand for a dewatering treatment method in which the separated water having no problem is zero, that is, the separated water is not generated by the sludge treatment.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has conducted intensive studies and, as a result, focused on a water absorbent, particularly a flammable water absorbent, and made use of its oil / water absorbing capacity to make use of the oil / water absorption capacity. It has been found that by mixing and drying with the contained waste, not only does it have no pollution problem such as environmental pollution, but also it can be effectively used for the dried product obtained thereby, and has reached the present invention. That is, according to the present invention, (1) the oil-water-containing waste is mixed with sawdust and the water in the oil-water-containing waste is reduced to sawdust.

The water absorbent used in the present invention is preferably a flammable water absorbent, such as sawdust and coarse granular or powdery material having a large surface area obtained by processing wood.
Sawdust is fine wood chips generated when sawing wood with a saw. It is usually a mixture of brown brown ancestry and powder. Its bulk specific gravity is about 220 g / l. I do. About 1 liter of this sawdust absorbs 0.8 liters of water. Sawdust is harmless to humans, animals, plants and microorganisms, and has no occupational health problems. Conventionally, sawdust has been used, for example, as a culture soil for cultivating mushrooms, to supply water in the case of transporting crabs and shrimp, and as an absorbent for dissolved water when storing ice, etc. Such usage has not been done yet. In the present invention, a water absorbent such as sawdust and oil-water-containing waste are mixed and dried. These mixing ratios can be appropriately determined in consideration of the water content of the oil-water-containing waste and the absorption amount of the water absorbent. The mixture of the water-absorbing material and the oil-water-containing waste is mixed and stirred by a stirring mixer, and then dried by a dryer. As the mixing stirrer and the dryer used in the mixing and stirring and drying steps, various known mixing stirrers and dryers are used according to the wastewater containing oil and water.
As for the drying temperature, an appropriate temperature below the ignition point can be selected for a water absorbing material such as sawdust. The mixed and dried processed product may be transferred to the next step as it is, but it is usually sent to the mixing and stirring process step to repeatedly absorb the oil / water containing waste, and is mixed and stirred with the oil / water containing waste,
Then, it is dried in a drying step. Although it depends on the oil-containing water content of the oil-water-containing waste, for example, 4 to 5 in the case of emulsion waste liquids.
The mixing and agitation are repeated 50 to 100 times for the mixed oil-water mixture. This repeated mixing and agitation is one of the features of the present invention, whereby a large amount of oil-water-containing waste can be treated with a small amount of water absorbent. The mixed and dried product is incinerated in an incinerator depending on the type of oil-water waste as a raw material, or is transported to those processes for use as, for example, an organic fertilizer, and finally is incinerated ash or It is carried out as fertilizer.

[Action] Oil-water-containing waste is mixed and dried with a water-absorbing material,
The resulting mixture is incinerated or reused for fertilizers, etc. It is conventionally an environmental pollutant, so oil-water-containing waste that had not been properly treated was separated by a simple treatment method to zero separation water, ie, sludge treatment. It is intended to prevent the generation of water, and to prevent environmental pollution by a dehydration effect which cannot be considered by the conventional method. In addition to repeated mixing, the operation of drying the mixture, further mixing with oil-water-containing waste, and drying is repeated, and the water-absorbent material is repeatedly absorbed with the oil-water-containing waste. It has the effect of being able to treat oil-water-containing waste.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. FIG. 1 is an example of a process flow sheet for dehydrating oil-water-containing waste according to the present invention. The fiber dyeing washing waste sludge and the water absorbing material (sawdust), which are raw oil-water-containing wastes, are introduced into a stirring mixer at a ratio of 1: 1.5, and are sufficiently stirred and mixed, and then the mixture is dried by a transfer conveyor. It is introduced into a machine and dried sufficiently at a temperature of about 100 to 200 ° C. to become a dried product having a water content of about 6% or less. The mixture conveyed from the dryer was repeatedly used (52 to 65 times) as a dry mixture-containing water absorbent material as long as the sawdust could be absorbed. The resulting dry mixture was a black powder. Those that have passed the fertilizer test etc. are transferred to the fertilizer production process (other production processes, etc.), and those that are not are transported to an incinerator where they are incinerated to produce incinerated ash.

According to the present invention, by separating oil-water-containing waste, which poses a pollution problem such as environmental pollution, with a water absorbent, the separated water becomes zero, and by mixing and drying, it can be reused as fertilizer, etc. Such non-recyclable materials have the effect that the incineration is easy because the substrate is a flammable water absorbing material (such as sawdust), and there is no need to perform solid-liquid separation using a dehydrator. It is a simple and excellent example of wastewater treatment that absorbs a large amount of water with a water absorbing material (such as sawdust) and does not cause environmental pollution and is a simple and excellent example of waste disposal.
