(Prior art) Conventionally, a method of forming a slab yarn using false twist winding as a method of imparting a span-like texture to a multifilament yarn is well known. Since the slab yarn has poor convergence, there is a problem in passing property in a post-process, and there is a drawback that practical problems such as deterioration in workability and quality are likely to occur.

On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-2737 discloses that a single fluid treatment device capable of imparting a swirl flow and a turbulent flow is used to form a slab yarn of false twist winding on a yarn by a swirl flow. A method of entanglement of slab yarn with a turbulent flow has been proposed. This method has the effect of converging and blending the yarns due to the interlacing entanglement, but has the drawback that it lacks the feeling of swelling and warmth because no loop fluff is formed on the yarn surface.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned problem, the present inventors disclosed a method for producing a slab yarn having loop fuzz formed on a yarn using a fluid jet nozzle provided with a swirling flow and a propulsion force as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-256742.
No. in the publication. However, in this method, since the false twisting action of the swirling flow and the disturbance action of the propulsion flow are simultaneously performed inside the fluid injection nozzle, the slab portion generated by winding winding,
Subtle tension fluctuations in the non-slab area affect the action of the fluid, which disturbs the turbulence caused by the propulsion flow, resulting in a subtle difference between the longitudinal entanglement of the yarn and the formation of loop fuzz. There is a drawback that fluff is likely to be formed unevenly. Furthermore, the fluid injection nozzle used in this method is a nozzle that has both a swirl flow and a propulsion flow.
It is very difficult to satisfy the turning action and the propulsion action at the same time. In other words, if the swirling flow is strengthened, the propulsive force is reduced and the confounding effect is reduced. Conversely, if the propulsive flow is increased, the swirling effect is reduced and the wound winding tends to be insufficient. Therefore, in reality, there are practically no fluid injection nozzles satisfying these opposing effects.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a swirling flow nozzle for false twisting a yarn and a jet nozzle for imparting entanglement and loop fluff to the yarn ( The entanglement and loop are uniformly distributed over the whole yarn by using the jet fluid disturbing nozzle separately and preventing the fluctuation of the yarn tension due to the winding and winding action of the swirling flow nozzle from affecting the jet nozzle. The inventors have found that fuzz can be formed, and have reached the present invention.

That is, the present invention provides a multifilament yarn (core yarn) that is being given false twist by the swirling flow of a swirling flow nozzle.
In the twisting area, another multifilament yarn (sheath yarn) oversupplied by 5% or more than the above-mentioned core yarn is ligated to move the ligating point, and a plurality of sheath yarns surround the core yarn. After forming two or more bulky portions wound in layers in the longitudinal direction of the yarn, the two yarns are subsequently supplied to a jet nozzle via a guide to form entanglement and loop fluff over the entire yarn. A gist of the present invention is a method for producing a partially bulky yarn.

以下,本発明を詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

FIG. 1 is a schematic process diagram showing one embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a core yarn 1 is supplied from a supply roller 4 to a swirling flow nozzle 8 at a constant oversupply rate, and is supplied to a jet nozzle 9 via a guide 11 while being twisted by the swirling flow of the swirling flow nozzle 8. Is done.

On the other hand, the sheath yarn 2 is supplied by the supply roller 5 at an oversupply rate larger than the supply amount of the core yarn 1, and is combined with the core yarn 1 in the twisting region of the core yarn 1 via the yarn supply guide 10. The sheath yarn 2 is wound around the core yarn 1 by the twisting action of the core yarn 1, but the tension of the sheath yarn 2 increases as the yarn is wound, and the combining point 12 is shifted to the supply roller 4 side.

Next, when the tension of the sheath yarn 2 increases to a certain limit, the yarn joining point 12 'moves in the opposite direction, that is, to the side 12 of the swirling flow nozzle 8, in order to return to a stable twisting state, so that the tension decreases. When the twisting action further continues, the tension of the sheath yarn 2 increases again, and the joining point moves to 12 '. Due to the reciprocating movement of the joining point, a partially bulky portion in which the sheath yarn 2 is wound around the core yarn 1 in a plurality of layers is formed intermittently in the longitudinal direction of the yarn.

The moving distance of the twine point is determined by the swirling force of the swirling flow nozzle 8,
Although it depends on the position of the yarn feeding guide 10 and the like, it is usually preferable to set the length to 3 to 10 cm.

Next, the yarn having a partially bulky portion formed by the swirling flow nozzle 8 is guided to the jet nozzle 9 via a guide 11 provided between the swirling flow nozzle 8 and the jet nozzle 9, and is entangled and looped by the disturbance action of the jet nozzle 9. Is wound up on a winding package 7 via a delivery roller 6.

At this time, the guide 11 plays a role of relaxing and absorbing the fine tension fluctuation of the yarn caused by the winding and winding action of the swirling flow nozzle 8 and keeping the tension of the yarn guided to the jet nozzle 9 constant. Therefore, the guide 11 is required to have a thread-guiding element and a resistive element that absorbs and absorbs fluctuations in tension, and it is necessary to appropriately select the material, shape, surface finish, etc. of the guide in consideration of these factors. For example, a guide made of alumina having a higher frictional resistance than a matte-finished guide is preferable. If the guide 11 is used to bend the yarn path, the effect can be further enhanced.

Next, the yarn that has passed through the guide 11 is guided into the jet nozzle 9 while maintaining a constant tension, and the jet nozzle 9
A uniform entanglement and loop fluff are formed by the fluid disrupting action of. Here, the yarn guided into the jet nozzle 9 is disturbed by the fluid jet flow, and the sheath yarn of the core yarn is opened, but the sheath yarn is wound around the core yarn in a plurality of layers. Despite such opening action, the partially bulged portion opens the outer layer or a part of the layered structure due to its complicated winding, but the inner layer remains in the wound state . For this reason, both the partially bulky portion and the non-bulky portion can be entangled with the spread portion and can form loop fluff.

As described above, in order to form a entanglement and a loop fluff in both the partially bulky portion and the non-bulky portion by subjecting the yarn having the partially bulky portion obtained by winding the sheath yarn to a plurality of layers in the form of the core yarn and performing the fluid disturbance treatment, In addition, it is necessary to use a swirling flow nozzle capable of gently winding the sheath yarn with a low twisting tension of the core yarn.

The size and frequency of the bulky portion can be changed as desired. For example, the swirling force of the swirling nozzle, the oversupply rate of the yarn, the distance between the core yarn and the guide 10, and the like can be changed. Can be appropriately changed and adjusted.

Further, the oversupply rate of the core yarn is preferably 2 to 10%, and the oversupply rate of the sheath yarn is preferably 5% or more, especially 10 to 40% larger than that of the core yarn.

On the other hand, in the non-bulky portion B, the constituent filaments of the core yarn 1 and the constituent filaments of the sheath yarn 2 are entangled with each other, and a large number of loops 3 are formed. By this entanglement with the loop fluff, a span-like texture excellent in form fastness can be provided.

In order to give the fabric a varied appearance,
It is necessary to have a partial bulkiness of at least 2 / m, preferably at least 5 / m. When the partial bulkiness is less than 2 pieces / m, the surface change becomes extremely small, which causes defects such as a monotonous appearance of the fabric and occurrence of periodicity.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, the present invention skillfully utilizes the swirling flow nozzle and the jet nozzle to perform winding winding, entanglement, and loop fuzz formation in a series. It is possible to efficiently produce a partially bulky yarn which has good form fastness and can impart a fabric spanning feeling. Moreover,
By preventing the tension fluctuation caused by the winding operation from spreading to the jet nozzle, uniform entanglement and loop fluff can be formed on the entire yarn.
