When the base surface is covered with a conventional sound-absorbing panel, a suitable construction of the sound-absorbing panel is achieved by abutment with a suitable sound-absorbing panel supporting means, but the construction work is troublesome, and the sound-absorbing panel itself does not bend and deform. Therefore, it is difficult to construct a curved surface, and in the case of a cylindrical sound absorber, it itself is bulky and it is troublesome to transport and handle. However, there are disadvantages such as bulky and inconvenient handling.
