な張力が生じることが防がれ、円滑に下糸を供給するこ
とが可能となる。さらに前記操作片には、第2透孔およ
び操作片の外周面間にわたって下糸挿入孔が形成される
ので、前記下糸取出孔を挿通して第1および第2透孔か
ら外部へ引出された下糸を、下糸挿入孔に挿入して第2
の下糸案内溝内へ引張るだけで挿入させることができ、
これによって操作片をラッチから離反する方向に角変位
させた状態で下糸を下糸挿通孔および第1透孔から引出
