(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 基端部が片持ち支持されたマンドレル
と、このマンドレルの軸に対して斜めに供給された帯状
シートをマンドレル表面にスパイラル状に巻回して滑り
管を形成するとともにこの滑り管をマンドレルの先端に
向かって回転させつつ移動せしめる移送機構と、この移
送機構の下流側において前記滑り管の表面に熱硬化性樹
脂を含浸した帯状グラスウールマットをスパイラル状に
巻回して形成された筒体を加熱する加熱炉と、この加熱
炉から出てきた筒体の温度を調整すべく加熱炉の出口近
傍に配置される温度調整装置と、この温度調整装置の下
流側において加熱硬化せしめられた前記筒体の軸に対し
て斜めに帯状表皮材を供給する帯状表皮材の供給装置
と、この供給装置の下流側に配置される切断装置とを備
え、更に前記温度調整装置は筒体を跨ぐように配置され
た門型をなすパイプに多数の空気噴出孔を穿設している
ことを特徴とする断熱ダクトの製造装置。
