(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 押出成形機内を一定速度で通過する芯材を
地色用合成樹脂で被覆するようにした合成樹脂被覆材の
製造方法において、上記押出成形機から送出された合成
樹脂被覆材の表面に塗料を噴霧するにあたり、押出成形
機から送出される芯材を間欠的に停止させることで所定
間隔に節部を隆成すると共に、上記芯材の停止時に先に
形成した上記節部に対して塗料を噴霧することを特徴と
した合成樹脂被覆材の製造方法。

能な押出成形機の前方に、上記合成樹脂被覆材の表面に
対して塗料を噴霧する噴霧装置を配置してなる合成樹脂
被覆材において、芯材の送出を間欠的に停止して所定間
隔に節部を隆成可能なチャックを配置すると共に、上記
噴霧装置は芯材の停止時に節部が停止する位置に配置
し、さらに上記チャックによる芯材の停止と上記噴霧装
置による塗料の噴霧を同期させるようにしたことを特徴
とする合成樹脂被覆材の製造装置。
