号処理回路と、外部からの映像信号を前記記録媒体に記
録するための録画処理回路と、前記再生信号または前記
記録信号を前記第2のテレビ放送方式に変換する方式変
換回路と、前記システム制御回路からの第1の制御信号
と前記変換元指令回路からの指令信号とが入力される第
1の方式判別回路と、前記第1の方式判別回路出力が前
記再生信号処理回路の第2の制御信号として入力される
と共に、前記システム制御回路からの第3の制御信号と
前記変換元指令回路及び前記変換先指令回路からのそれ
