However, in such articles, although it is preferable that the fabric has elasticity in terms of attachment / detachment to the body and fit, the top and back sheets have no or no elasticity. However, it cannot be said that it is a part of the fabric or that the stretchability is excellent as a whole, and the detachability and fit are not good.

Further, it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric for the top and backsheets. However, when nonwoven fabrics are used for the top and backsheets, excretion fluid leaks unless at least some processing is performed on the nonwoven fabric as the backsheet. As one of the processes, it is conceivable that an elastic liquid barrier sheet, for example, an elastic plastic film is interposed and joined between two nonwoven fabrics. In this case, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is densely applied to enhance the joining integrity. It is preferred to apply them, but their elasticity and flexibility will be impaired.

As shown in FIG. 2, the article 1 includes a vertically and horizontally stretchable and water permeable top sheet 6 made of a nonwoven fabric, and a vertically and horizontally stretchable and water permeable backsheet 7 made of the same nonwoven fabric.
It comprises a mat or sheet-like water-absorbing core 8 and a stretchable liquid barrier sheet 9 made from a plastic film. Inseam area 1 located between top and back sheets 6, 7 and front and rear areas 10, 11 of barrier sheet 9
Notched edges 13 for surrounding the legs are formed on both side edges of 2. However, the barrier sheet 9 is a top and back sheet
The top and back sheets are not necessarily limited to have the same size as 6, 7 and are not necessarily the same size.
Alternatively, the size may be such that the width is appropriately left at the vertically opposed end portion.

As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 5, a plurality of groups of helical adhesives 14 extending in the lateral direction are applied and distributed almost all over the inner surfaces of the top and back sheets 6, 7. In order to spirally apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive as described above, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been softened by heating (so-called hot melt) while transferring a continuous sheet to be a top and a back sheet at a given speed in its length direction. Mold) is sprayed onto the sheet from a coating nozzle, and at the same time, air of a given pressure is spirally blown from an air spray port provided around the nozzle to act on the adhesive. . The spiral pressure-sensitive adhesive group 14 may be distributed at a substantially uniform density over substantially the entire inner surface of the top and back sheets 6 and 7, but is defined for positioning the elastic members 4 and 5 and the core 8. Area 15,
In the areas 16 and 17 (however, the area 17 is not provided in the back sheet 7), it is more preferable that the distribution density is higher than the other areas.

Leg and waist elastics extending into the regions 15, 16 defined by spiral adhesives 14 located along the concave edge 13 of the back sheet 7 and the ends of the front and rear regions 10, 11, respectively. Element
4 and 5, respectively, and a barrier sheet 9 is provided on the inner surface of the back sheet.
Joined through groups. The leg surrounding elastic member 4 includes a first elastic member 4A and a second elastic member 4B. First
The second elastic members 4A and 4B are arranged such that the portions near both ends thereof cross each other, a portion extending from the crossing portion to the outer end is fixed with the group of spiral adhesives 14 in the region 15, and a central portion of the spiral adhesive is formed. Not fixed in 14 groups. However, the spiral adhesive 14 group may be located in a region where the central portion is located, and the central portion may be fixed. Although not shown, the leg surrounding and waist surrounding elastic members 4 and 5 can be attached to the upper surface of the barrier sheet 9 instead of being attached to the inner surface of the back sheet 7. In this case, instead of providing the regions 15 and 16 where the spiral adhesive 14 group has a high distribution density on the back sheet 7, the respective regions are provided on a given portion of the barrier sheet 9.

A core 8 is arranged at a given portion of the barrier sheet 9, a top sheet 6 is superimposed on these cores, and a region where the density of the spiral adhesive 14 group is high on the inner surface of the top sheet is high.
While the core 8 is joined at 17, another area of the inner surface of the top sheet where the spiral adhesive 14 group has a low distribution density is joined to the barrier sheet 9.

Since the application state of the adhesive group for joining the barrier sheet and the top and back sheets is spiral or zigzag, the apparent adhesive width is wide, and there is a portion where the adhesive does not exist in the width region. Accordingly, the barrier sheet can be widely bonded to the top and back sheets with a small amount of the adhesive, and the rate of obstructing the elasticity and flexibility of the top and back sheets by applying the adhesive is small.
