The combination of the magnetic cores 10 is as follows.
Center magnetic leg 11 and side magnetic legs 1 arranged in parallel on both sides
2, 13; one end of the center magnetic leg 11 and the side magnetic leg 1;
A yoke portion 14 for connecting one end of each of the second and the second 13 to each other;
In many cases, two E-shaped magnetic cores 8 and 9 having an E-shape in plan view are fitted with the magnetic legs facing each other such that the central magnetic leg 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 4 of the coil bobbin 5. However, there may be a case where an E-shaped magnetic core and a strip-shaped I-shaped magnetic core are combined to form a similar closed circular magnetic path as described above.

In the structure of the conventional coil device for electronic equipment, since the gap G is present, when the E-shaped magnetic core 10 is energized, the magnetostriction of the magnetic core and the forced vibration due to the magnetic force occur. Therefore, the yoke portions 14 of the upper and lower E-shaped magnetic cores 8 and 9 vibrate up and down with an amplitude W / 2 as shown by broken lines and solid lines in the schematic diagram showing the state of vibration in FIG.

That is, in general, nickel, cobalt, iron alloys and the like are deformed when magnetized, and conversely change their magnetized state when a strain force is applied. This phenomenon is called a magnetostriction (strain) phenomenon. When a magnetic field H is applied, the magnetic field expands or contracts in the direction of H (vibration F indicated by an arrow) (the above phenomenon is particularly called a magnetic Joule effect).

Since the vibration of the magnetic core in the AC magnetic field comes into contact with the upper and lower flanges of the coil bobbin in small increments, the vibration is transmitted to the coil bobbin and eventually to the mounting board, causing them to resonate. There is a problem that electronic components and circuits are adversely affected.

In the present invention, the combination structure of the E-shaped magnetic core and the coil bobbin is different from the conventional structure. Instead, both of the E-shaped magnetic cores combined face to face are not directly bonded and fixed to the coil bobbin, but the lower E-shaped magnetic core, that is, The inner surface of the yoke portion on the substrate mounting side (E-shaped magnetic core fitted from the flange on which the electrode terminal is provided) is adhesively fixed to the bottom surface of the lower flange. In addition, a gap C between the upper surface of the yoke portion of the upper flange and the upper surface of the upper flange is larger than that of the related art and is larger than the vibration amplitude W / 2 of the yoke portion due to the expected magnetostriction or magnetic force. It is configured such that even if vibration occurs, it does not contact the upper flange of the coil bobbin.

On the other hand, the basic structure of the coil bobbin 25 is the same as that of the conventional coil bobbin 5, but the vertical dimension (in other words, the length of the bobbin main body) is equal to the length of the side magnetic leg of the E-shaped magnetic core. On the other hand, since the upper E-shaped magnetic core 8 has a gap C larger than the vibration amplitude vertical width W between the inner side surface of the yoke portion and the upper surface of the upper flange 22, forced vibration due to magnetostriction or magnetic force is generated during energization. That is, FIG. 2A shows the vibration at the time of energization in the case of the coil component 31 for the EI type electronic device by a broken line, and the lower I-shaped magnetic core 31 and the coil bobbin 25 are shown. The bottom surface of the lower flange 23 is tightly fixed with an adhesive 29 to be a fixed end of vibration, and the yoke portion 36 of the upper E-shaped magnetic core 35
Does not directly contact the coil bobbin 25 due to the gap C even if it vibrates up and down as a free end, and no vibration is transmitted to the coil bobbin 25. The E-shaped core 35 and I
The shaped magnetic core 31 is adhesively fixed on the side surface with an adhesive 37.

Further, in the combination of the E-shaped magnetic cores 8 and 9 described above, the fixed end of the vibration need not be limited to the yoke portion 14 of the lower E-shaped magnetic core 9. In addition to the conventional impregnation with a soft material such as wax or varnish, the center magnetic legs 11 are joined and fixed to each other with the adhesive 38 so as to fill the gap G in advance. At the same time as joining the side surfaces of the joints of the magnetic legs 12 and 13 with the adhesive 19, a gap C ′ is also provided between the yoke portions 14 and the upper and lower flanges 42 and 43 in the upper and lower E-shaped magnetic cores 8 and 9.
May be provided.

As described above, the coil component for an electronic device according to the present invention is characterized in that the fixed end and the free end of the vibration are consciously set so that the magnetic core vibration due to magnetostriction or magnetic force during energization is not directly transmitted to the coil bobbin. And the setting of a gap C provided between the yoke portion of the E-shaped magnetic core and the coil bobbin that vibrates freely. With this structure, the resonance of the coil component body and the mounting board is reduced, and the resonance noise is prevented.
