付力によりエッジ部先端がそり曲がり切粉除去が充分に
行なえないことが有り、このような問題点を解消するも
のとして例えば実開昭58−191934号に開示され
ているようにスクレーパの断面内を鉄板で補強したりあ
るいは実開昭60−183138号に開示されているよ
うに、取付ボルト孔部を金属スリーブとすることにより
無理な応力がゴムスクレーパ部に生じないようにするこ
となどが提案されている。2. ー部を短繊維補強ゴムで一体成形し、この短繊維補強ゴ
ム自身の強度により上述の変形防止を行うスクレーパを

のであれば剛性板4は、必ずしも必要としない。この発
明におけるスクレーパ本体1は、前記剛性板4で補強さ
れる基板部2とこの基板部2の一端にナイフエッジ状に
形成されたスクレーパ部3とが、このスクレーパ部3の
摺動面3Aに対し直角方向(矢印X)に短繊維5…5を
配向した短繊維補強ゴムGで一体成形され、さらにその
摺動面3Aに短繊維5の一部がバフ加工により露出され

は、アスペクト比5以上、太さ1〜10デニルのものが好
適に使用され、添加量はゴム100 部に対し2〜100 部と
される。2部より少ないとゴムに対する繊維補強が得ら
れず、100 部より多くするとゴムへの均一混合が困難と
なるばかりでなく、混合ゴムの流動性が悪くなり成形が
困難となるからであり、添加量の望ましい範囲は上記の

製の補強板4で補強したスクレーパ1を加硫成形し、つ
いで摺動面3Aにバフ加工を行って短繊維の一部を約0.

れているのでゴム部の直接接触が避けられ摩擦係数の軽
減化が図られるのである。また、締付けトルクによるス
クレーパのそり曲がりも生じないので、長期にわたり安
