In some cases, unknown water or the like invaded from this part. Especially when using a polyethylene film as a plastic film having airtightness and using an epoxy resin as a thermosetting resin,
This tendency was strong due to poor bonding.

The holding portion piece formed of a nonwoven fabric or the like is heat-welded to the end portion of the plastic film used for the thermosetting resin, and the end portion of the plastic film used when impregnating the thermosetting resin is raised from the brim portion of the resin absorber. Attached to the outer periphery of the retaining portion and the outer surface of the brim portion of the resin absorber, a contact portion formed of a nonwoven fabric or the like is provided, and a thermosetting resin is applied to the brim portion. The brim portion is hardened integrally with the end of the holding member so as not to penetrate into the more upright portion.
