台に対する相対面に樹脂ピンの中空部に挿嵌する係合軸
が取付けられたスライダーと、該スライダーを移動する
第1移動部材と、支持台を挟んでスライダーに相対配置
され、支持台の貫通孔内に挿嵌可能な押圧部材と、支持
台に向かって押圧部材を移動して貫通孔内に挿嵌させる
第2移動部材と、押圧部材内に配置され、支持台上の合
成樹脂板に突刺して透孔内に位置する樹脂ピンの突刺部
を熱変形する加熱部材と、該加熱部材を透孔内に向かっ
て移動する第3移動部材とからなり、支持台上に支持さ
れた合成樹脂板に対してスライダーを移動して係合軸に
捜嵌された樹脂ピンを圧入して刺着させた後、押圧部材
を移動して合成樹脂板を押圧して凹状に変形させた状態
で加熱部材により合成樹脂板から突出した樹脂ピンの突
刺部を加熱変形して係合して合成樹脂板相互を固着する
