2. Description of the Related Art A conventional heating device such as an air conditioner or a stove directly heats indoor air with the heating device. However, the air is directly heated because of low heat conductivity. It takes time for heat to transfer to air other than air. Therefore, the heat of the air directly heated by the heating device is once transmitted to the surrounding area of the room such as a floor, a wall, or a ceiling plate having a high thermal conductivity, and the heated heat of the surrounding area is returned to the indoor air again. By transmitting the information, the air in the entire room is heated (hereinafter, referred to as a conventional heating method).

[0005] Floor heating first heats the floor and transfers the heat of the floor to the indoor air, so that heat exchange is performed once and heat efficiency is good, and since the feet are warm, comfort and bodily sensation are good. It is a very practical heating method that does not involve fire and has high safety.

[0006] On the other hand, in offices and factories with a large number of electrical facilities in which OA equipment has been introduced, flooring materials are laid at predetermined intervals on the ground surface to form a double structure, and the floor material and the ground surface are connected to each other. Wiring cables such as communication lines are installed in the gaps to secure electrical safety by simplifying offices and arranging electrical wiring in factories, and to simplify maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as intelligent floors). ).

However, if a conventional floor heating device is installed below the flooring material of the intelligent floor, the heat generated from the floor heating device adversely affects the wiring cable, and the heat is also transmitted to the base surface to heat the floor. There is a problem that efficiency is deteriorated, and equipment for solving these problems is troublesome, so that floor heating on the intelligent floor eventually becomes expensive. Therefore, at present, the heating method is conventionally used frequently.

Subsequently, the tube 4 is disposed in the continuous groove 5a. If a single piece of flexible cross-linked polyethylene pipe or the like is used as the pipe 4, it is not necessary to make the shape of the pipe different for each floor where the continuous concave groove 5a is formed, so that productivity and workability are improved. Excellent, and since there is no seam in the tube 4, excellent operational effects such as no fear of water leakage can be obtained. Further, when an annealed copper plate is used as the upper plate 1 of the laying member A, even if the arrangement shape of the tubular body 4 is slightly shifted, the peripheral edge of the concave portion 5 of the upper plate 1 is deformed by hand. The connection concave groove 5a having an appropriate shape can be easily formed.

1. A floor member is provided on a surface, and an upper plate and the upper member are provided.
The lower plate, which has a wavy pattern on the back side of the plate, passes through a predetermined gap.
And the space is filled with lightweight concrete or resin.
The laying member for a known floor heating device into which a filler has been injected,
Remove the upper plate, and apply heat flow with the same shape as the upper plate of the laid member.
Heat that formed a recess for arranging tubing to pass through the body
Use an upper plate made of highly conductive aluminum or copper in advance
In the meantime, the surface of the filler of the laying member is appropriately shaved to remove the portion.
After forming a groove in which the concave portion of the upper plate can be fitted,
The upper plate having the concave portion is placed in a state where the concave portion is fitted in the groove.
Place the upper plate on the filler with adhesive or bolt
Fixed by appropriate means such as
Forming an installation member, and positioning the adjacent members provided on the laying member
The plurality of laying members are connected by a connecting portion capable of connecting the plurality of laying members.
The installation members are connected in series and distributed from the ground surface with a predetermined gap.
And formed by the recesses of the juxtaposed laying members.
Characterized in that said tube is disposed in a continuous groove formed.
