(Prior art) Newspapers delivered to homes and workplaces have folded bundles and reprinted newspapers folded in. Newspapers delivered to each home or workplace require a large number of staff members to manually fold bundles of leaflets. Must. In addition, from the rotary press, about 20 copies of the newspaper on the seam of the web are discharged every few minutes, but when the good quality of the newspaper is transported directly to the shipping place without being poured into the counter stacker. A large number of personnel must be secured in the post-process of the shipping operation. Furthermore, in the process of binding a magazine or the like, a collation operation is required in which a plurality of signatures are printed one on top of another, and similar problems also occur when the collation operation is performed manually. . That is, for example, for a 240-page magazine, 1
The work of stacking 15 copies of the signature prints for six pages is required.

Therefore, there is a need for a method capable of performing these operations automatically, but this method must first include a step of supplying the signature prints one by one from a bundle of signatures such as newspapers.

For this step, a method is used in which a suction cup is pressed from above a stack of signature book prints stacked in advance to turn over one copy of the signature book print, and this is sandwiched between a pair of claws and taken out. In the bookbinding process, a method is also used in which a suction cup is pressed from under a bundle of stacked signature printed materials in advance to turn over one copy of the signature printed material, and sandwich the same with a pinch to take it out.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the method in which the suction cup is pressed from above the bundle of signatures printed matter, it is not possible to replenish the signatures printed matter at any time. 1
Bundles have to be replenished and work efficiency is poor. Further, in order to keep the position of the uppermost end constant, it is necessary to employ a lift-up mechanism for gradually lifting the bundle of signatures printed matter, which requires a large driving force. Since the number of pages of the target origami printed matter is significantly different from 2 to 48 pages, a speed adjustment structure must be adopted for the lift-up mechanism, and the implementation apparatus becomes complicated. Further, when the signatures are stacked, the folding side (the take-out side) is extremely crooked and curved, which hinders the take-out operation.

In addition, the method of pressing the suction cup from under the signature sheet printed matter can be replenished at any time and is superior to the above method in that the folded side is not extremely deformed. However, a large driving force is still required to pull out the bottom-of-the-line signature printed matter, and if it is used for thin signatures such as a leaflet bundle, the printed matter may be cut during the removal. is there. If the amount of stacking is reduced to avoid this, the refilling operation must be repeated frequently. Further, the replenishment position has to be at a considerably high position, so that there is a problem in replenishment work efficiency.

Further, with respect to a leaf bundle A as shown in FIG. 6, the end B of the printed matter exposed on the sandwiching side is separated when sucked by the suction cup, and the end B is sandwiched between the claws. Can not be grasped with certainty.

In contrast to the above two methods, which have these drawbacks, the present invention can be implemented with a small driving force because the mechanism is simple to take out by a drop method applying gravity. It is an object of the present invention to provide an innovative method of supplying signature printed matter that can be used.

(Means for Solving the Problems and Their Functions) In order to achieve this object, the present invention relates to a method for supplying a signature printed matter from a bundle of the signature printed matter such as newsprint, one by one. With the folded side of the book printed material facing down, the paper is sequentially fed sideways to the take-out position, the lower corner is sucked with a suction cup and pulled away, and the partition plate is inclined upward from the lower side of the gap to make one copy at a time In this way, the signatures are printed out. This allows
A large load that does not hinder the removal of the signature printed matter to be removed does not act. Then, the replenishment position of the signature sheet printed material can be set to a position where the work is most easily performed. In addition, since a falling method using gravity can be adopted, the mechanism is simple and can be implemented with a small driving force, and can be used for supplying a bundle of a plurality of signatures such as a leaflet bundle. Then, in order to accurately position each signature printed matter approaching the take-out position in the dropping method removal position, each signature printed matter approaching the take-out position is secondarily fed by another lateral feeding means,
When a gap is created at the boundary between the belt drive and the primary feed, the gap is detected and the primary feed is performed to fill the gap. Excessive lateral feed pressure acts on the stopper plate at the take-out position, and supply shortage occurs. 2
It adopts a stage traverse method. Further, in order to prevent overrun beyond the take-out position, the secondary feed is performed only when the partition plate is raised.

When sequentially traversing to the take-out position, especially in the case of a small number of pages, to prevent it from bending and falling easily,
Width regulation guides are provided on both sides in the transverse direction to regulate the width of the signatures slightly smaller than the width of the signatures, so that each signature viewed from the top moves sideways while standing in a state of bending in the transverse direction and strengthening the waist It is preferable to configure as follows. This makes it possible to completely prevent a thin signature printed matter or a large-sized signature printed matter from falling during lateral movement.

Therefore, when the leading end of the laterally fed newspaper C reaches the position where the newspaper confirmation sensor 31 is provided, the electromagnetic clutch 33 is disengaged, and the transmission of power to the main driving shaft 23 is stopped. Therefore, newspaper C that has been fed sideways
Near the leading ends of the width regulating guides 7, 7, the bundle is divided into a rear bundle that stops and a front bundle that is laterally fed by the take-out belt wheel member 25. With this configuration, an excessive lateral feed pressure does not act on the partition plate 9 and the stopper plate 11 and a shortage of supply does not occur.
Then, the front bundle of newspapers is separated and taken out one copy at a time, and the remaining newspaper bundle is reduced.
Is not confirmed, the electromagnetic clutch 33 is re-engaged, the main belt wheel member 17 is driven, and the newspaper C is replenished to the takeout position side.

When the dividing plate 9 swings to release the dammed state on the primary folding side (located on the right side in the drawing) of the newspaper C, the suction cup
13 once moves backward in the figure and then moves forward, sucking the lower corner of the primary folding side and pulling it apart. Then, since the partition plate 9 is inclined upward so as to cut into the gap between the first newspaper and the second newspaper generated at the lower corner of the primary folding side, the first newspaper falls and the second newspaper is dammed. When the divider 9 starts the interruption, the link 65

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the method of feeding a signature printed matter of the present invention does not apply a large load to the signature printed matter to be taken out, which obstructs taking out, and employs a dropping method.
It can be implemented with a small driving force and the implementation mechanism can be simple. Since the replenishment position of the signature printed matter can be set to the position where the work is most easily performed, an excellent effect on the replenishment work efficiency is exhibited. Further, since the suction cup and the partition plate are used, the present invention can be applied to a signature printed matter in which the ends of the printed matter are separately exposed,
Since the take-out is performed by the partition plate that slightly swings in the vertical direction, the apparatus to be implemented can be made compact. And since the secondary feed is performed only when the partition plate or the ascending plate is moving, it is possible to prevent a drop trouble and a shortage of supply.

1. A method of supplying signature prints from a bundle of signature prints such as newsprint, one copy at a time, wherein a signature is taken out in a vertically stacked state with the folded side of the signatures facing down. The lower side corner is sucked with a suction cup and pulled apart, and the separating plate is inclined upward from the lower side of the gap to sort out one copy at a time, and to take out the signature printed matter, and to the take-out position. Each of the approached signature prints is secondarily fed by another lateral feeding means, and when a gap is formed at the boundary between the belt drive and the primary feed, the gap is detected and the primary feed is performed so as to fill the gap. A method for feeding a signature printed matter, wherein a secondary feed is performed so as to exceed the take-out position so as not to overrun only when the plate is raised.
