Description of the Related Art FIG. 5 is a structural explanatory view showing an example of a conventional full-automatic compression packing apparatus, FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of a defect of the packing apparatus, and FIG. The compressed packing of the packing material 3 of the cut cotton-like material by the conventional apparatus shown in FIG.
It has a pair of press plates 1 and 2 configured to move up and down (vertically) via hydraulic cylinders 8 and 9.
Are pressed and sandwiched in an upper and lower opening type compression box to form a box (hexahedron) shape. Then, after the compression molding, one side surface of the compression box is opened, and the compression box is retracted from the pressed portion to a predetermined position, and waits. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7, the packaging material 3 is first covered with the packaging material 10a, 10b positioned above and below the packaging material 3 so as to cover the lower or upper part of the packaging material 3 and then the upper or lower part. A method such as binding with a band 5 has been adopted. It should be noted that these are now performed automatically by all packing machines. The binding machine used for binding the compressed packing material 3 is configured as shown in FIG. That is, after the material 3 to be packed is compressed by the lower press plate 2 and the upper press plate 1 to the predetermined height H shown in FIG. 6, the binding material guide 4a is inserted into the groove S formed in both press plates 1 and 2 from the left side in the figure. , 4b and the binding machine main body 11 are engaged from the right side, the band 5 is extended from the position (A) above the binding machine 11, and (B), (C) and (D) in the figure are sequentially inserted and tightened. After that, the same band 5 is connected to each other endlessly. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated to bind the required number of bands 5.

When the thickness (height) H of the material to be packed is changed, the binding material guides 4a, 4b
And the binding machine main body 11 cannot be engaged. Therefore, when changing the height and weight of the packing material 3 as shown in FIG. 6, the machine (compression packing device) is temporarily stopped, and the binding material guides 4a and 4b are disassembled and rearranged to change the guide height (vertical width). ), The positioning sensor 7 of the upper press plate 1 is removed, and the upper press plate 1 is moved according to a desired height. Therefore, the conventional compression packing apparatus has various inconveniences such as a long time required for resetting in manufacturing the packing bales 6 having different heights and weights.

4b, the upper and lower press plates 1 depending on the vertical (height direction) width.
The gap 2 is limited. In other words, if you want to change the height and weight of the bales to be manufactured,
, The binding material guide must be reset to a predetermined vertical width, and the height position of the positioning sensor on the upper press plate needs to be changed. For this reason, it is not possible to continuously produce packing bales having different heights and weights, and there is a problem in that the resetting operation takes a long time, thereby lowering productivity. The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems.

In a compression packing apparatus in which a band is inserted through a binding material guide inserted into a groove and the material to be packed is wound and tightened, the depth of the groove formed in the press plate is increased, and the inserted binding material guide is inserted. The press plate is allowed to move up and down relatively, and a plurality of sets of positioning sensors for setting the compression height position of the press plate are juxtaposed and selectively operated to continuously increase the height. Various kinds of bales having different weights are produced, and this is used as a means for solving the problem.

Thus, it is possible to continuously produce bales of various heights and weights without stopping the operation of the machine. That is,
To change the height of the packing bale to a lower one, select the lower side of the positioning sensor and operate it. Conversely, to change the height of the packing bale to a higher one, select the upper side of the positioning sensor. Set. Therefore, it goes without saying that the specification (height, weight) of the packing bale is changed in accordance with the order change, and it is also possible to cut the packing bale having a different shape in the course of production, thereby facilitating the production plan.

In the figure, after a material 3 to be packed such as a tow or a swoof is compressed by a pair of press plates 1 and 2 vertically opposed to each other, it is inserted into a groove S formed on a pressing surface of the press plates 1 and 2. Binding material guides 4a, 4b
The basic structure of the compression packing device for inserting the band 5 through the band and winding and tightening the material to be packed 3 is the same as that described in the section of the prior art. The present invention has been improved so that a plurality of types of packing bales 6 having different heights and weights can be continuously manufactured by one packing device. The configuration and functions of the present device will be described below.

種類の梱包俵6を生産できる。First, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the depth of the binding material guide 4a insertion groove S formed in the upper press plate 1 opposed to the conventional lower press plate 2 is increased. The upper press plate 1 is allowed to move up and down relative to the binding material guide 4a. A plurality of sets for setting the compression height position of the upper press plate 1 to be moved up and down (3 in the figure)
Set) positioning sensors 7a, 7b, 7c are arranged side by side in the vertical direction. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the positioning sensor 7b is set to operate as an example, and the upper binding material guide 4a is set to be located substantially at the center of the groove S in the depth direction. When the height H of the packing bale is changed to a low value Hc, the lower side 7c of the positioning sensor is selected and activated, and when the height H of the packing bale is changed to a high value Ha, the positioning H is changed to Hc. Select and set the upper side 7a of the sensor.
That is, by selectively operating the sensors 7a to 7c, packing bales 6 having various heights and weights can be manufactured without stopping the machine (compression packing apparatus main body). On the other hand, as an embodiment other than the above, in a compression packing apparatus in which the lower press plate 2 is raised to compress cut-like cotton-like materials such as tows and socks in the compression box, the lower press plate 2 If the groove S is made deeper and the bundling material guide 4b to be inserted into the lower press plate 2 is appropriately set so as to change the level of attachment, the same function as in the above embodiment can be obtained. In addition, the compression packing apparatus of this type can produce various kinds of packing bales 6 by increasing the number of positioning sensors 7.

る。As described above in detail, the present invention has a structure in which a binding material guide insertion groove formed in a pressing surface of a press plate is formed deeply, so that the binding material guide has a predetermined width in a vertical direction. Changes in the vertical position (height) of the target press plate can be tolerated. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture packing bales of various heights and weights only by selectively operating the positioning sensor. In other words, it is possible to produce several types of bales in a single compression packing machine without stopping the machine without stopping the machine. It is easy to change specifications during production or change orders after rods are completed, and In addition to gaining advantages in the versatility of, a significant improvement in productivity can be expected.
