造となっている。さらに、人間の指でダイヤフラム3を
押し下げた時に、良好なクリック感を得るために、ダイ
ヤフラム3の上部の絶縁フィルム2と筺体の一部である
表面シート1との間に絶縁フィルム2と表面シート1に
接して可動片8を設け、この可動片8を介してダイヤフ
ラム3へ圧力を加えることにより、ダイヤフラム3を変
形させ、固定接点部4,5間を接続する構造となってい
る。
