However, in the above-described configuration, when it is made of a metal member such as stainless steel, the weight is heavy, and the equipment for processing the AL and stainless steel members is large and the production cost is low. high. When joining wood or resin molded members or assembling with bolts, the weight is reduced, but assembling man-hours are required. Further, when the thickness of the constituent members is small, there is a problem that warpage and twisting are likely to occur. In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a window, a sliding door, a forehead, and the like having a structure that improves the strength of a structure by means of injection molding and the like, reduces shape distortion such as warpage and torsion, and is lightweight and has excellent productivity. Is what you do.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings of a window shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a window according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG.
FIG. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a side surface viewed from a direction. The window of the illustrated embodiment is integrally formed as a one-piece structure including a hollow portion by one injection molding or one injection molding die, and does not require joining or assembly of parts. Of course, injection molding and blow molding may be used in combination as needed. Window 2
Numeral 0 designates a plurality of independent hollow portions, that is, approximately trapezoidal hollow portions 2, 3, and 4 arranged symmetrically in the frame 1 such as a rectangle. The configuration shown in the drawings reduces the weight of the window 20, and secures rigidity and prevents shape distortion in a predetermined manner. Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the skin thickness of the window 20 is not constant, but the thickness and the size of the hollow portion are set in a predetermined manner depending on the region, and the external volume of the window 20 occupies the total volume occupied by the hollow portion. It is 20% to 90% of the volume. The total volume occupied by the hollow portions may be determined according to the purpose of use, the required strength, and the material (for example, resin, ceramics, etc.) forming the window 20. 1 and 2
As shown in FIG. 2, the frame 1 has recessed grooves 7, 8 which are slidably fitted on guide rails (not shown) such as a window mounting frame and pulleys (not shown) on upper and lower end faces. Two concave portions 9 are provided. In addition, the right end face of the frame 1 is kept airtight with the window mounting frame, and the thin elastic projections 6 that absorb and reduce the impact force of the collision when the frame 1 is brought into contact with the window mounting frame are long. It is arranged in the form of a shaku sheet. Thin elastic projection 6
Has a built-in hollow portion 5 and performs the same damper function as a compression spring or the like. The thin elastic projection 11 is, of course, integrally formed with the frame 1 at the same time. It goes without saying that the shape of the thin elastic projection 6 may be an arbitrary shape, for example, a configuration in which a plurality of discs are arranged, in addition to a long sheet shape. Further, the thin elastic projection 6 may be provided not only on the end face but also on the main plane.
For example, similar to the outer peripheral shape of the window, it may be arranged in a ring slightly inside the outer shape of the window (in the case of the window shape of the embodiment, in a rectangular frame-like body). The frame 1 is provided with a rectangular recess 10 for moving and opening and closing the frame 1 and a lighting device 17 such as a lamp at the center end of the main plane. Further, an infrared sensor 14 is provided at the upper right corner, and a proximity sensor 13 is provided at the upper left corner. A circuit for driving the sensors 13 and 14 to wirelessly transmit a detection signal to a remote location, and a power supply battery (not shown) No.)
Etc. are buried in a predetermined manner. Of course, the frame 1 is configured to hold the glass 11 or a wire mesh or a picture or the like at the center using an adhesive or an elastic rubber-like fixing member 12. The proximity sensor 13 detects movement (open state) of the frame 1 and aims at crime prevention. The infrared sensor 14 is also arranged for security or lighting. Infrared sensor 14
When the device detects infrared rays emitted from the human body, the lighting device 10 such as a lamp is activated, and in the case of a sliding door, for example, a keyhole or an entrance is illuminated, and a security chime in a remote place is sounded. The above two types of sensors 13, 1
Reference numeral 4 also includes a changeover switch that can be freely turned on and off. As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging a plurality of independent hollow portions inside the frame in a symmetrical or aligned state, the weight of the integrally molded structure such as a window, a sliding door, and a forehead can be reduced. And improve rigidity. Furthermore, the integral molding eliminates the need for assembling steps and improves productivity, so that the manufacturing costs of windows, sliding doors and foreheads are greatly reduced. Furthermore, by setting the size and shape of the hollow portion to be provided in a predetermined manner, the required mechanical strength can be obtained as desired by changing the value for each portion of the same structural member, and the thin elastic projection portion can be formed. Can be molded simultaneously. In the above embodiment, an example of a resin member was described as a constituent material of an integrally molded structure such as a window, a sliding door, a forehead, or the like. Needless to say, an injection-moldable member such as glass powder kneaded with a binder may be used arbitrarily. Further, in addition to operating the lighting device based on the detection signal of the sensor, a CCD camera or a video camera may be operated.

As described above, according to the integrally formed structure of the window, the sliding door, the forehead, etc. of the present invention, mass production can be performed at a low cost with high productivity, and the window, the sliding door, Reduces forehead, improves strength and rigidity,
This is to prevent shape distortion such as twisting. Further, the injection molding of the forehead or the like with ceramic or metal powder or the like facilitates the formation of a complicated and precise shape with a solid feeling.
Furthermore, security can be achieved by arranging various sensors and devices.
