車状態でなくなった場合、即ち、満車状態が解除されて
空車状態になった時は、次のステップS21に進む。 ステップS21:ステップS20で満車状態が解除(ほ
ぼ満車又は空車状態)されて駐車可能と判断された場合
には、制御装置5が発券待ちしている順番に駐車券発行
機1A,2Aに対して発券許可信号を送信し、駐車券を
発券して次のステップS22に進む。 ステップS22:ここでは、制御装置5のデータメモリ
7に記録した発券許可待ち行列から1台分のデータを消
去する。 ステップS23:ステップS22で1台分のデータを消
去すると、駐車券発行機1A,2Aからの入庫データを
待たずに入庫したものとみなしてデータメモリ7の駐車
台数にプラス1し、次のステップS24に進む。 ステップS24:ここでは第5図に示した満空車制御が
実行され、その後始めのステップS10に戻る。 尚、車輌の入庫が上記ステップS21による発券許可に

を接続して、上記の各駐車券発行機が満車状態で車輌を
検知した場合には、駐車券を発行せずに入庫待ちさせる
ように構成した駐車場に於いて、上記の各駐車券発行機
に、満車状態で車輌を検知すると上記の制御装置に対し
て駐車券の発券を要求し、その応答として制御装置から
発券許可を受けた時は駐車券を発券し、発券許可がない
場合は発券を保留する発券可否判定手段を設け、また、
上記の制御装置には、制御装置があと数台入庫すると満
車になるほぼ満車状態を検出すると、上記の各駐車券発
行機に対して満車状態として通信する満車通信手段を設
けると共に、更に上記の制御装置には、上記の発券要求
を受けた順番に上記各駐車券発行機の番号を記憶して、
満車状態が解除されると、この記憶した駐車券発行機の
番号順に駐車券の発券許可信号を送る発券許可通信手段
を設けたことを特徴とする駐車場管理装置。
