A and 1-B, facing joint end faces 2-A and 2-
From B, the ends of the member horizontal reinforcing bars 3-A and 3-B protrude in the horizontal direction and are exposed. This member horizontal reinforcing bar exists in large numbers along the longitudinal direction of the joint end face (the direction of the arrow in the figure),
Each pair has a corresponding relationship with the horizontal reinforcing bar of the counterpart member. When one pair of PC flat members are erected at the joint position, the corresponding member horizontal reinforcing bar exposed portions face each other in a horizontal direction with a slight distance therebetween. The strut 10 is applied to both sides, and each exposed end is welded to the strut 10 to join the inter-member horizontal reinforcing bar. After that, concrete is poured into the joint space, which is the space between the joint end faces 2-A and 2-B facing each other, and a pair of P
The joining of the C flat plate member is completed. The arrow in the figure indicates a vertical direction for a wall member and a horizontal direction for a floor member.

However, in a construction site, the use of fire tends to be avoided as much as possible. It is desired that the flat plate member can be joined by the reinforcing bar joining method described above.

Therefore, even in the case of the non-welding type rebar joining method, the rebar joining method on the premise that the rebars overlap in the horizontal direction cannot be applied. In addition, the mortar sleeve method of joining the rebar by fixing the end of the rebar inserted into the sleeve which is a cylinder having openings at both ends by mortar hardening in the sleeve to join the rebar at the time of installation Rebar must be inserted into the horizontal sleeve, which makes the installation work difficult. In addition, since the sleeve is horizontal, the work of filling the sleeve with mortar is also difficult. The means for joining the ends of the horizontal reinforcing bars facing in a butt shape with a screw joint is not applicable because the ends of the two reinforcing bars do not face each other with such accuracy that the ends of the reinforcing bars can be joined by a screw joint.

向である。The method of joining PC flat plate members according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. From the joining end faces 2-A and 2-B of the pair of PC flat plate members 1-A and 1-B to be joined, the ends of the horizontal reinforcing bars 3-A and 3-B protrude in the horizontal direction and are exposed. The end of the exposed end is bent substantially perpendicularly to the axis of the horizontal reinforcing bar to form bent portions 4-A and 4-B. The two PC members are connected to their joint end faces 2-A and 2-A.
-B are placed so as to face each other, and the bent portions 4-A and 4-B of the corresponding pair of horizontal reinforcing bars are brought close to each other in a palm shape. This folded part is accommodated in a sleeve 5 (shown by a dotted line in the figure) which is an elliptic cylinder having openings at both ends, and a wedge is press-fitted into a joint gap of the above-mentioned jointed body through a wedge hole provided in a side wall of the sleeve. By doing so, the joint body is fixed in the sleeve, and the corresponding pair of horizontal reinforcing bars are joined together. Thereafter, concrete is poured into the joint space between the opposed joint end faces to complete the joint of the two PC flat plate members. In the drawing, the arrows indicate the vertical direction when the flat plate member is a wall member and the horizontal direction when the flat plate member is a floor member.

Shown in The sleeve 5 is an elliptical cylinder having an opening at both ends and having an elliptical cross section, and its side wall is composed of flat walls 6-A and 6-B, and curved walls 7-A and 7-B, which are also parallel. I have. A wedge hole 8 is provided in the flat wall, and the wedge holes are provided in pairs facing the corresponding positions of the flat walls. As shown in FIG. 3, a wedge 9 is press-fitted from the wedge hole at the joint of the pair of bent portions 4-A and 4-B accommodated in the sleeve, and each bent portion faces the curved wall. Crimp to As a result, the palm is fixed in the sleeve.

(A) Since the joining of the horizontal reinforcing bars between members is performed by a non-welding method, they are welcomed at the construction site. (B) Joining of horizontal reinforcing bars between members can be performed easily and quickly. Furthermore, the mechanical strength of the joint is large, and the reliability is high. (C) The distance between the joining end faces of the member is shortened by bending the exposed portion of the horizontal reinforcing bar, so that there is also an economic advantage that the amount of cast concrete can be reduced accordingly. As described above, the present invention has solved all the problems in the conventional method of joining PC flat plate members.
