Description of the Related Art In the above clipper cutting device, a large number of cutting blades formed in a substantially triangular shape in plan view are riveted to a knife bar that is extended over substantially the entire width in the cutting width direction, and fixedly attached. These cutting blades are arranged on a fixed blade having a substantially triangular shape in a plan view, and a suitable portion of the cutting blade is slidably supported from above by a knife clip to prevent the cutting blade from rising ( For example,
No. 26922), and each of the cutting blades is subjected to a heat treatment or the like to the entire blade portion to improve the wear resistance of the entire blade portion.

きるバリカン型刈刃を提供することを目的としている。The clipper-type cutting device as described above is intended to cut and cut the root side of a planted stem and culm. As a result, the sharp cutting action portion of the cutting blade is worn and the portion becomes round. Moreover, in this type of reaping device, since the reaping position is close to the field scene, there is a possibility that soil may be mixed in at the time of reaping, and there is a possibility that the above-mentioned abrasion may be intensified. Since the cutting performance deteriorates when the cutting blade becomes round, it is necessary to periodically grind the cutting blade. An object of the present invention is to provide a clipper-type cutting blade that can maintain good cutting performance for a long period of time.

The top flat surface and the bottom flat surface, except for the upper tapered inclined surface in the working portion, are coated with a wear-resistant compound. The feature of the second aspect of the present invention is that the movable blade that slides and moves in the lateral direction with respect to the receiving blade is formed obliquely in a plan view with respect to the upper flat surface and the sliding direction, excluding the bottom flat surface. The point that each of the upper tapered slopes in the cutting section is coated with a wear-resistant compound.

However, of the upper tapered slope and the bottom flat face that form a sharp cutting action portion, the bottom flat face coated with an abrasion resistant compound is higher than the upper tapered slope that is not subjected to the treatment. Also becomes hard. Therefore, as the cutting operation progresses, the upper tapered inclined surface is worn first, and the flat bottom surface is worn later, so that the tip is always kept sharp and the sharpness is reduced. There is no. In addition, the bottom flat surface, which is the point of sliding contact with the receiving blade of the movable blade, and the upper flat surface, which is pressed by the knife clip in a sliding state, are each coated with an abrasion-resistant compound. Abrasion due to the sliding contact action of the member can be minimized. According to the configuration of the second invention, of the upper tapered inclined surface and the bottom flat surface forming the sharp cutting action portion, the upper tapered inclined surface coated with the abrasion-resistant compound is subjected to the treatment. It is harder than a flat bottom surface. Then, the flat bottom surface that is not coated is worn first by the sliding contact between the metals due to the sliding contact action with the receiving blade with the cutting work, and the coated upper tapered slope cuts the stem culm. Wear due to the action will proceed with a delay. As a result, the cutting action portion is always kept sharp, and the sharpness does not decrease. In addition, since the upper flat surface pressed in sliding contact by the knife clip is coated with a wear-resistant compound, the wear caused by the sliding contact with these compounds can be suppressed to a minimum.

There is a difference in the degree of wear progress, and the working portion is always maintained in a sharp state, so that the sharpness can be prevented from being reduced in a short period of time. Moreover, this type of mowing blade requires less wear due to the sliding contact between the metal pieces by the fixed side blade and knife clip, which reduces the overall wear and reduces the frequency of polishing work. Can be reduced, and the work efficiency can be improved.

きる。Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. 4 and 5 show a clipper-type reaper mounted on the combine. The reaping device includes the left and right support frames 1
And a plurality of fixed receiving blades 3 are rivet-fixed and arranged on the turret 2 in a parallel state, and riveted to a knife bar 4 extending over almost the entire width in the width direction. A large number of movable blades 5 are arranged on the fixed receiving blades 3 in a superimposed state, and the appropriate portions of the knife bar 4 are supported by a plurality of knife clips 6 so as to be slidable left and right while being prevented from floating. I have.
The knife head 7 connected and fixed to the knife bar 4
The movable blades 5 are integrally reciprocated and laterally moved at a constant pitch in the left and right directions by the swinging crank mechanism 8 which is engaged with and linked to the movable blades 5. The stem side of the stem is cut off. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, each of the movable blade 5 and the fixed receiving blade 3 has a cutting action portion 9, which is formed obliquely in a plan view with respect to the sliding direction of the movable blade 5, that is, the lateral direction. 10 are formed, and the cutting stems and cuts are cut by the cutting action portions 9 and 10 while sandwiching the stem. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, abrasion-resistant compound C is coated on each of the upper flat surface 12 and the lower flat surface 13 except for the upper tapered inclined surface 11 in the cutting action portion 9 of the movable blade 5. Has been processed. An example of this compound is a vanadium alloy. The thickness of compound C is about 8 microns, and its micro-Vickers hardness is about 3200. With such a configuration, the upper tapered slope 11 in the cutting action portion 9 of the movable blade 5 due to the sliding contact with the stem and stem during the mowing operation.
Wears relatively early, but as shown in FIG.
Since the bottom flat surface 13 forming one surface of the cutting action portion 9 is coated with the abrasion-resistant compound C, the tip of the cutting action portion 9 is kept sharp and good sharpness is maintained. . Moreover, the sliding contact wear on the upper flat surface 12 and the bottom flat surface 13 due to the sliding contact with the fixed receiving blade 3 or the sliding contact with the knife clip 6 can be suppressed to a minimum.

And the upper tapered inclined surface 1 in the cutting action portion 9
Each of them may be configured to be coated with an abrasion-resistant compound C. In this case, due to the sliding contact with the fixed receiving blade 3, the bottom flat surface 13 which is the non-coating treated surface
Wears relatively quickly, but the abrasion-resistant compound C is formed on the upper tapered inclined surface 11 forming one surface of the cutting action portion 9.
, The tip of the cutting section 9 is kept sharp, and good sharpness is maintained.
