(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 折戸に取付けされる対の取付板と、この
対の取付板の上面側に突出されて軸ピンで回動自在に軸
支される軸受腕片と、一方の取付板の上面に設けられる
ホルダと、このホルダ内にスライド自在に設けられ押圧
ばねにて先端のカム面が他方の取付板側へ軸ピンを抱持
した状態で押圧されるスライダと、他方の取付板の上面
に設けられ前記スライダの先端のカム面に係合する受け
部材とを備えてなる折戸用蝶番において、対の取付板は
金属板からそれぞれプレス成形されて端面が面一に突合
され、軸受腕片は対の取付板の突合側上下両端が上面側
に折曲成形され、ホルダは一方の取付板の突合側中央に
凹部が金属板の突合側手前から突合反対側手前まで位置
して突合側を開口するように切欠され突合側手前には軸
受中央腕片と角度調整ねじ保持片とが上面側へ略垂直に
切起しされて連続する開口が形成され、この凹部から離
れた周囲が上面側に平面視略コ字形に立ち上げされると
ともに凹部近傍の切欠端面が対向するように曲げ成形さ
れ,受け部材は他方の取付板の突合側中央が切起されて
前記スライダのカム面の押圧力を受容可能に曲げ形成さ
れ、さらに他の取付板には突合側の端面に前記角度調整
ねじ保持片に設けられる角度調整ねじに当接すべく受け
面が上面側に曲げ形成されてなることを特徴とする折戸
用蝶番。
