However, since the depth of the fitting hole provided in the support is extremely small, even if the fitting is performed, both ends of the paper tube are slightly caught in the fitting hole, so that the fitting is unstable. In addition, the paper tube is easy to move in the horizontal direction inside the dressing box, and when the paper tube moves, the laminated end face of the aluminum foil wound around the paper tube contacts the inside of the dressing box, and the aluminum foil is There were drawbacks to damage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A commercial aluminum foil box according to the present invention is a commercial aluminum foil box comprising a cardboard support for supporting both ends of an aluminum foil in an aluminum box. In the foil box, the support is configured such that a portion of the cardboard plate longer than the length of the outer box is double-folded at both ends at a portion exceeding the length of the outer box, and both of the double-folded portions are provided. A support portion is formed by fitting the cut-and-raised protruding piece of the outer folded portion and the cut-and-raised protruding piece of the inner folded portion with each other to form a notch, and the paper is formed by winding an aluminum foil. The support portion is pushed into the tubes at both ends of the tube, and the paper tube is supported by the support portions at both ends in a suspended state by point contact.

[0012] The mere formation of a plurality of protruding pieces as a support cannot maintain a shape in which the protruding pieces can function as a support, and is not suitable for supporting a heavy paper tube wound with aluminum foil. Shape loss will occur. However, by fitting a plurality of protrusions, the shape of the support can be firmly maintained.

The shape of such a support may be constituted by two cut-out projections, but the upper surface and the two protrusions on both sides thereof are cut and raised, and these three protrusions are formed. It is desirable to fit the piece at the tip portion from the viewpoint of securing the strength of the support. The fitting structure can be easily obtained by providing the projections with the concave and convex portions at the tip.

The support made of cardboard having such a structure is as follows.
Two pieces may be arranged independently on both sides inside the dressing box, however, prepare a single elongated cardboard board longer than the length of the dressing box, and go beyond the part corresponding to the length of the dressing box. It is preferable that the length portion is folded at both ends to form a double structure, and a cutout is provided in the double-walled cardboard laminated plate to form a protruding piece. In this case, the support is composed of two superposed cardboard boards. At this time, if it is designed such that at least one protruding piece is cut and raised from the inner cardboard board and the outer cardboard board, the cutting is performed. The raised protruding pieces allow the inner and outer cardboard boards to be in close contact with each other.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), one piece of cardboard board 1 is facilitated, and a folding line is formed on a portion outside the length corresponding to the length L inside the decorative box as shown in the figure. And two folded portions 2 and 3 are provided. At the center of each folded portion, a fitting hole 4 having the same radius is formed. The inside diameter of these fitting holes 4 is the same as the outside diameter of a paper tube which is a winding core wound with aluminum foil.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 (b), 1 (c) and 1 (d), the two folded portions are sequentially folded inward from the outside so that a pair of The support 5 is formed. Each support 5 is vertically erected at both ends of a cardboard plate, and a fitting hole is horizontally penetrated in the center. The depth (thickness) of the fitting hole is the total thickness of the two folded portions.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), by inserting the end of the paper core FC of the core around which the aluminum foil F is wound into the fitting hole 4, as shown in FIG. 1 (f). Both ends of the paper tube are supported on both sides of the cardboard board.

In this conventional supporting method, since the inner surface of the fitting hole 4 and the outer periphery of the paper tube FC are in surface contact with each other, the paper tube hardly rotates in the fitting hole. Since a small portion of the paper tube FC is inserted into the fitting hole 4, the paper tube FC is easy to move in the lateral direction (the length direction in the decorative box). The aluminum foil F is located slightly inside the both ends of the paper tube FC.
Since the winding is performed from the distance (in the figure, the distance S), when the paper tube FC moves left and right, there is a problem that the end face of the wound aluminum foil F contacts the inner surface of the support and is damaged.

Next, as in the conventional system, FIG.
By folding the two folded portions 2 and 3 sequentially inward in the same manner as in (d), a pair of supports 9 is formed at both ends of the cardboard board. FIG. 2B shows this state, but for convenience of explanation, the two folded portions are shown in a slightly opened state. As shown, a trapezoidal cut 7 is formed in the inner folded portion 2 and two door-shaped cuts 8 are formed in the outer folded portion 3.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the finger is pushed into the inner trapezoidal cut 7 from the outside (in the direction of the arrow in the figure), the inner trapezoidal cut 7 becomes a flat protruding piece. 10 and acts to open the door-shaped cut 8 in the outer folded portion while rotating upward from the folding line as a base point. As a result, as shown in FIG.
The two door-shaped cuts 8 also open as side pieces 11 and 12, and the flat piece 10 passes between the side pieces 11 and 12, and finally covers the two side pieces 11 and 12 from above. State. At the same time, the fitting concave on both sides of the front end of the upper surface piece 10 and the protrusion 7 2, concave or for fitting the upper end of the side pieces 11 and 12 is in a state where the convex portion 82 is fitted.

[0027] Note that one of the tips of the two fan-shaped cut boundary, the case of providing the projection 8 3 for holding the trapezoidal protrusion has an upper surface piece to further deflected upward by the protrusions Can be prevented, which is effective in maintaining the fitted state.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), the projecting pieces (the flat piece 10 and the side pieces 11 and 12) of the support 9 are provided inside the both ends of the paper tube FC which is the winding core around which the aluminum foil F is wound. , The paper tube is supported at both ends of the paper tube in a suspended state and in a point contact state.

Moreover, since the supporting method is such that the protruding piece of the supporting member is inserted into the inside of the paper tube, it is different from the conventional method in which the outer periphery of the paper tube is inserted into the fitting hole.
The end surface of the aluminum foil wound slightly inside the both ends of the paper tube does not directly contact the inner surface of the support, so that the end surface of the aluminum foil can be prevented from being damaged.

In the above embodiment, a trapezoidal cut is formed in the inner folded portion and two door-shaped cuts are formed in the outer folded portion, but the reverse is also possible. In addition to the combination of trapezoidal and door-shaped cuts,
It goes without saying that other similar shape combinations are possible. Further, the support members are formed at both ends by folding both ends of one cardboard plate, but the support members at both ends may be made independent. Needless to say, the support is made of cardboard, but if it is made of paper, it may be made of other paper materials such as cardboard.

As described above, according to the present invention,
The aluminum tube is supported by hanging both ends of a paper tube around which aluminum foil is wound, so the paper tube can be stably supported in the dressing box without damaging the aluminum foil end face, and the paper tube can be smoothly rotated. Excellent effects such as easy handling can be obtained.
