(Prior Art) Conventionally, there are various kinds of articles that need to be displayed, stored, transported, and the like under strict temperature control. In particular, in recent years, along with the spread of cold chains, a large amount of frozen or refrigerated foodstuffs has come out, and the handling thereof requires strict temperature control. In other words, in such frozen or refrigerated foods, if they are not controlled below the temperature specified for each food in the process of transportation and storage until they are handed to ordinary households after production, the contents will deteriorate and spoilage due to propagation of various bacteria Etc. may occur and become a major social problem. Such strict temperature control is required not only for frozen and chilled foods, but also for pharmaceuticals (certain anticancer drugs, vaccines, blood for transfusion, etc.), photographic drugs, chemicals, thermosensitive recording paper, magnetic materials, foods , And various kinds such as fresh flowers.

As a means for easily knowing whether or not an article for which temperature control must be strictly performed is passed to a user after manufacturing, the necessary temperature control is strictly adhered to. A management label is attached, and after arrival, the user can open it and see the temperature change during that time. The following temperature management labels have already been developed for this purpose. I have.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, these temperature control labels are valuable only by the user's inspection. For example, in the case of frozen food, etc., when the user unpacks the package, Other labels that have not been discolored beforehand in the freezer compartment, because they may be discolored by contact with the outside air temperature, or may be discolored by inadvertent care of the transporter during transport for a considerable period of time, so that the transporter can cover it. This temperature control label must be stored in a protective container until the user opens it, in order to prevent problems such as re-adhering to

However, it is inconvenient for the user to apply pressure to break the microcapsules after receiving the article. Moreover, if the destruction is not performed uniformly, the temperature display will be inaccurate.

(Means for Solving the Problems) On the other hand, in the present invention, a support such as paper provided with a coloring component layer on the upper surface in advance is provided below a transparent film cover coated with a coloring component-containing adhesive on the lower surface. The coloring reaction is performed by laminating via a release paper, and in use, the support is directly adhered to the surface of the required article, and the release paper is peeled off and a transparent film cover is laminated on the upper surface of the support. Due to the structure, the user can see the color development as it is through the transparent film, and the sender and the carrier cannot easily peel off the label once affixed to the article. The defect has been removed.

(Embodiment of the Invention) An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view, and FIG. 2 is a view of FIG.
A color forming component layer 2 is provided on the upper surface of a support 1 to be attached to a desired article whose temperature is to be controlled, and a transparent film cover 3 of the same size is provided on the upper surface of the support 1 with a release paper 4 interposed therebetween in advance. In this case, any one side is fixed to each other as an adhesive portion 5, and no release paper 8 is provided on the lower surface of the support 1 via the adhesive coating portion 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a color-forming-component-containing adhesive-coated portion interposed between the transparent film cover 3 and the release paper 4.

The color-forming components contained in the color-forming component layer 2 and the color-forming component-containing adhesive coating portion 7 on the lower surface of the transparent film cover 3 are the same as the conventionally known ones. Although it does not occur, when one or both of them reach a predetermined temperature or higher, a component that causes a color reaction by causing thermal melting, thermal decomposition, or the like is combined. That is, a combination of a leuco dye and a phenolic developer, a combination of a leuco dye and a Lewis acid developer such as a metal salt, a methine dye precursor and a nonvolatile benzoquinone derivative substituted with an electron-withdrawing group. (Described in JP-A-61-190582), combinations of diazo compounds and couplers, combinations of gallic acid and ferric chloride, and combinations of azo dyes and epoxy compounds.

Each of these compounds may be formed into a dispersion with a suitable binder or dispersant, and may be coated, or may be dissolved in a suitable solvent and coated in a solution state. In particular, when it is contained in the adhesive layer on the back surface of the transparent film cover, it may be kneaded with the adhesive layer in a fine powder state.

Further, it is needless to say that the storage temperature can be finely indicated by one label by forming several types of the combination of the color development components, and not only one type but also applying each of the portions having different display temperatures.

In this way, the article to which the temperature control label was attached was stored at room temperature, 50 ° C., and 80 ° C. for 2 hours, respectively, and the display state of the label was observed. As a result, those stored at room temperature and 50 ° C. did not develop any color, while those stored at 80 ° C. developed black color. Thus, the use of the label of the present invention makes it easy to determine the temperature history as to whether or not the article whose temperature is to be controlled has been stored at a temperature of 80 ° C. or higher.

(Operation and Effect) The present invention is configured as described above. To use the present invention, first, at the time of starting the temperature control, first peel off the intermediate release paper 4 and attach the transparent film cover 3 to the support 1. Then, the lower release paper 8 may be peeled off, and the lower surface of the support 1 may be attached to a desired article whose temperature is to be controlled.

This is not only convenient in that temperature control is started only by peeling off the release paper 4 and bonding the support and the transparent film cover, but also the transparent film cover also serves as a protective layer of a coloring portion and the film Because the substrate and the support are in close contact with an adhesive, the colored portion existing between them does not lose the reliability of the display temperature, such as decoloring or losing the coloring ability due to the influence of external moisture and the like. There is an advantage.
