G4がゲートである。23はアドレス信号設定部であり、ア
ドレス範囲内の時、アドレス信号を“1"(Hレベル)、
アドレス範囲外を“0"(Lレベル)として出力する。第
5図は指定されるエリアを示す図であり、左上の点を
X1,Y1、右下の点をX2,Y2としている。第6図はその具
体的回路の一例を示す図であり、第5図で指定した入力
座標をX1からX2の間で且つY1からY2の間のみ、アドレス
信号は“1"(Hレベル)を出力する。フリツプフロツプ
