(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】テーブル上にセットされたワークを加工液
中に浸漬させて加工する放電加工に用いる昇降式加工槽
に於て、ワークをセットするテーブルの周囲との間に空
隙を形成して該テーブルを囲むように加工槽本体を設け
ると共に、該加工槽本体を上下に移動させる昇降装置を
設け、前記加工槽本体の上部にオーバフロー用加工液出
口を形成し、加工槽本体内周の前記オーバフロー用加工
液出口の高さ部位と前記テーブルとの間に樹脂製シート
を張り、前記昇降装置により加工槽本体が上昇したと
き、前記テーブルを底面とし前記シートを側壁とする加
工液収容の容体を形成し、前記昇降装置により加工槽本
体が下降したとき、前記シートが前記空隙に垂下して、
該垂下によるたるみ部分に加工液の液溜めを形成するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする昇降式加工槽。
