[0003] In any case, when the bridge is folded, a wire rope for lifting is passed through a hole drilled in the bridge floor plate to a lower side, and a hook at the tip is connected to a lower portion of the inner surface of the main girder to lift the bridge. Folding is performed using the lifting force.

According to the above-mentioned prior art, the folding of the bridge can be performed relatively easily.
However, since it requires a complicated operation of passing a wire rope for lifting down from the hole drilled in the bridge deck and connecting the hook at the tip to the lower part of the inner surface of the main girder, automation can be done. In addition, since work is performed on the lower surface of the bridge above a river or the like, there is a danger.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a main girder is hingedly connected to both left and right ends of a bridge deck, and the bridge deck is lifted horizontally below the hinge. In the state where the girder is suspended, it is located inside the perpendicular line connecting the hinge and the center of gravity of the main girder, and is lower than the lower end of the main girder in all processes from this state to the state where the main girder is finally folded The main girder is provided with rollers that protrude from the main girder and can roll in the folding direction.

[Function] In the folding work of the bridge joint, first, release the supporting material fixing the main girder of the expanded bridge joint to the bridge deck, connect a wire rope to the upper surface of the bridge deck, and lift it with a crane or the like. The main girder rotates around the hinge and hangs below the bridge deck. Then, the main girder is stopped in a state where the center of gravity coincides with the position of the vertical line below the hinge. Next, when the bridge node is hung on the ground or the loading platform, the roller protruding from the lower end of the main girder contacts the ground or the loading platform surface, and a ground reaction force is generated vertically upward. Since this reaction force acts on the inside of the hinge of the main girder, when the bridge is further unloaded, the main girder rotates inward with the lateral movement of the roller, and the folding is completed.

Next, in the operation of unfolding the bridge, a wire rope is connected to the upper surface of the main girder of the folded bridge (which is turned sideways in the folded state) and lifted by a crane or the like. On the other hand, the lifting force acts upward.
Since this force acts outside the hinge of the main girder, when the bridge is lifted, the main girder rotates around the hinge and unfolds on both sides of the bridge deck.

As described above, since the wire rope is connected to the upper side of the bridge joint in both the folding operation and the unfolding operation, the operation can be performed with a simple operation and automation can be easily performed. It is safe because no work is required.

In this state, the center of each of the rollers 15, 15 is located inside the vertical line (distance A> 0), and the lower surface thereof projects downward from the lowermost end of the main beams 13, 13 (distance A). B> 0), attached to the main girder 13, 13,
It is designed to be able to roll inward in the lateral direction. This is the first requirement of the present invention.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the bridge node 10 is being unloaded onto the ground or the bed 51. The ground reaction force (R) of the rollers 15, 15 is generated vertically upward, and this force causes the main girder 13 to move downward. , 13 rotate inward around hinges 12,12. With this rotation, the rollers 15, 15 roll inward in the lateral direction.

In this process, at all the posture angles until the main beams 13, 13 are completely folded, the lower surfaces of the rollers 15, 15 always project downward from the lowermost end of the main beams 13, 13 (distance). B> 0) the main girder 13,

If the condition of A> 0 is satisfied in FIG. 4, since the main beams 13, 13 are rotating inward in FIG. 5, the positions of the rollers 15, 15 are shifted from the perpendicular of the center of gravity. A> 0, and the distance C from the perpendicular to the hinge is C> 0. However, the amount B of lower surface protrusion of the rollers 15, 15 decreases as the main beams 13, 13 rotate inward.
In this case, it is not sufficient that B> 0 is satisfied, and it must be always installed at a position where B> 0 until the folding is finally completed, including FIG.

The positions of the rollers 15, 15 satisfying both the first and second requirements are near the lower end corners of the main beams 13, 13, and depend on the positional relationship between the hinges 12, 12 and the centers of gravity 18, 18. In the first embodiment of the present invention,
In the process up to the state shown in FIG. 4, the lower ends of the inner side surfaces of the main girders 13, 13 interfere with the side surfaces of the erection guide beam 30 and hinder the folding operation. Therefore, the state of FIG. It is necessary to release the support members 14 and 14 in the air after being lifted by the above, but in this embodiment, there is no such restriction.

According to the present embodiment, when the bridge is lifted and the main girder hangs below the bridge deck, it is located inside the center of gravity of the main girder, and in all processes from this state to the folded state. Since the main girder is provided with a roller which always protrudes downward from the lower end of the main girder and is capable of rolling in the horizontal direction, when the suspended bridge is unloaded onto the ground or the bed, it is automatically folded. In addition, since the main girder is provided with a roller protruding from the lower end of the inner side surface of the main girder and capable of rolling up and down, there is an effect that folding can be performed even if the construction guide beam covers the lower part of the bridge deck.

According to the present invention, a wire rope is connected to the upper surface of a bridge node and lifted up, and then automatically lowered when the wire rope is unloaded onto the ground or a cargo bed. Therefore, folding of the bridge node and loading on a transport vehicle can be performed. Since it can be automated and does not require work on the lower surface of the bridge, there is an effect that the work can be performed safely.

According to the present invention, the width of the bridge on which the bridge is installed can be widened, and the bridge can be loaded on a transport vehicle having a small width.
There is an effect that the passing vehicle can pass safely and easily, and can move to the erection point quickly and easily.
