2. Description of the Related Art When sewing Japanese clothes by hand, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a case where a front body 1 and a back body 2 are sewn will be described. So that the longitudinal direction extends laterally with respect to the sewer, and the ears 3 on the opposite side (hereinafter referred to as the opposite side) but not on the front side of the sewer in the two overlapped fabrics. Is attached to the pulling device 4 and sewn by moving the needle from the right end to the left, and sewn from the hem 5 side of the kimono to the upper side (neck side). It is.

In the case where the fabric has a pattern, the sewing is performed while confirming whether the patterns 6 of both fabrics match during the sewing. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the operation at that time is confirmed by rolling up the upper cloth of both cloths, that is, the front body 1 from the near side to the opposite side, and applying the covering 7 to the front body 1. [0004] Therefore, by sewing the overlapped fabric as described above, the operation of pattern matching can be performed easily and reliably. Therefore, when learning the technique of tailoring kimono, a right-handed person can use a hand movement. There was no problem, but left-handed people had difficulty coaching right-handed people.

As shown in FIG. 8, the ordinary sewing machine 8 includes an upper thread driving device 9 having a needle bar and a lower thread driving device (not shown) having a shuttle, and a frame 10 having a substantially C shape.
The sewing machine 8 is arranged side by side,
That is, the cloth is sent from the right side to the left side and arranged so as to be sewn. Then, as described above, the cloth which is piled up with the front body 1 up and the back body 2 down, most of which is the C-shaped frame 10 of the sewing machine 8. When the ear 3 is sewn on the front side, the hem 5 of the layered fabric is sewn by normal stitching from the hem 5 side. Therefore, there is a problem that normal sewing is not performed due to passing through the inside, and furthermore, when pattern matching is performed during sewing, since the sewn portion 11 is on the near side, the front body Is turned up from the opposite side, and at that time, the eyes lean out of the face and look into the near side, and there is a problem that it is hard to confirm and lacks accuracy.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, most of the dough in which the back body 2 is placed on the back, the back body 1 is placed on the bottom and the most part of the fabric is You can sew by normal stitching even if you arrange it outside the pocket and meet the ear 3 on the opposite side, but since the piled fabric is upside down, when matching the pattern 6, the front body on the back side It is difficult to hang the garment 7 around and watch it, and it cannot be used for sewing Japanese clothes.

Then, by reversing the driving of the sewing machine 8 described above, as shown in FIG. 10, the cloth is sent from the left to the right, and the thread is sewn from the right to the left. The pattern matching operation is also easy, but the sewing stitch is reversely driven, so that the stitch becomes a hitch stitch, and the seam is disturbed, which is not suitable for sewing Japanese clothes.

With the above-described sewing machine, the sewing manufacturer stands at a position perpendicular to the running direction of the belt, with the upper side of the running direction of the belt on the left side and the lower side on the right side. With the ears to be sewn on the opposite side and at the interval between both belts. If there is projection means, the sewing position by visible light is displayed on the surface of the cloth to be sewn. Then, the upper thread driving means, the lower thread driving means, and the feeding means are driven, and the sewing manufacturer presses the sewn cloth against both belts, so that the sewn cloth is sent from the left to the right, while the sewn cloth is sent from the right. It is sewn to the left, the seam is sewn with normal normal stitches, and it is the same as conventional hand sewing, and the pattern matching operation in the middle can be inspected as well as the conventional case .

In addition, during sewing, the sewing is not limited to straight stitching but is often performed with bending in the middle. In the case of hand sewing, the position where the bending is performed is marked. Can be sewn directly to the belt without any need for marking if the holding position is measured and held down.

By the way, the work of tailoring Japanese clothes is roughly divided into three sections: cutting, pattern matching, press for ironing the garment, and sewing. FIG. 4 shows a layout of a work place for efficiently performing each work. As shown, the cutting station 38, the press station 39, and the sewing station 40 are arranged in a U-shape, and the interior surrounded by the U-shape is used as the work place 22.
From the bottom. However, Japanese clothes cannot be finished only by the above operations, and there are other fine finishing operations such as sleeve attachment and collar attachment. However, most of the operations are completed by going through the above-described stations.

Although not shown, the needle bar 26 and the shuttle 37 of the sewing machine main body 12 are not shown. For example, the direction of the needle bar 26 can be inverted by a rack and a pinion.
The attaching means of the shuttle 36 is provided with a main bevel gear that rotates two-dimensionally facing the needle bar 26, has a sub-bevel gear meshing with the main bevel gear, and has a hook shaft protruding from the sub-bevel gear. When the sewing machine main body 12 is driven in reverse rotation by attaching the shuttle, sewing can be performed by normal stitching by reversing the direction of the sewing machine needle and the shuttle. Even when performing reverse sewing, especially when sewing Japanese clothes, You can now sew with normal stitches.

According to the sewing machine for sewing Japanese clothes according to the present invention, the feeding means for running the sewn cloth is formed by a pair of belts, and one side orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the belt is used as a work place. Since the belt is configured to run from left to right as viewed from above, the sewing needle and hook are attached in the opposite direction to the conventional sewing machine, and the hook is also rotated in the reverse direction. The fabric to be sewn is sent from left to right, and the seams are sewn from right to left with normal stitching. This sewing method is the same as conventional hand sewing, and the pattern matching operation is easy, and It can be sewn from the hem.

Further, since the cloth to be sewn runs on the belt from left to right, a sewing manufacturer measures the length of the cloth to be sewn on a scale and presses both ends thereof with fingers to perform sewing. Therefore, the size is marked and marked before sewing, but the marking work can be omitted, the finishing work of the kimono can be simplified, and the efficiency can be further improved.
