で割算した後、割算値からフラグ金額で端数切下げをし
た値を基準金額とし、d.前記端数処理した買上金額か
ら、基準金額に客数を乗じた金額を減算し、e.前記減算
金額をフラグ金額で割算することで、基準金額にフラグ
金額を加算してプラス勘定金額とする人数を定める経過
を経て、基準金額,プラス勘定金額を割りあてる、人数
