As shown in FIG. 6, a heating chamber 1 is provided with a waveguide 2 connected thereto, and the waveguide 2 is provided with a magnetron 3. Radio waves from the magnetron 3 pass through the waveguide 2 and are radiated from the opening 4 into the heating chamber 1. A radio wave stirring blade 5 is provided at an upper portion of the heating chamber 1 to uniformly stir the radio waves. Reference numeral 6 denotes a driving motor. A receiving tray 7 is provided on the bottom surface of the heating chamber 1 and a food 8 to be heated is placed thereon. The food 8 performs high-frequency heating by radio waves from the magnetron 3.

A tray 11 is placed on the projection 10 and a food 12 is placed thereon. In FIG. 8, a receiving tray 15 having legs 14 is provided on a mounting table 13 disposed on the bottom surface of the heating chamber, so that the food can be mounted thereon.

However, in such a configuration, when the tray 7 is placed on the bottom of the heating chamber as shown in FIG. 6, when the food is heated, the height of the food in the heating chamber is increased. The heating position cannot be selected, and heating is always performed at the bottom of the heating chamber.

From the viewpoint of the degree of radio wave irradiation in the heating chamber, the uniformity of the radio wave, and the heating efficiency, it is not always optimal to heat all foods at the bottom of the heating chamber. In many cases, heating is better when the mounting position is changed, but in such a configuration, heating can be performed only at the bottom surface of the heating chamber.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of projections 10 are provided on the side surface of the heating chamber, and the position of the mounting table 11 is selected.
The height has been selected according to the food, and heating has been performed at an optimum position. In addition, if a plurality of mounting tables 11 are used, food can be mounted in multiple stages and mass cooking can be performed. However, since the radio waves are emitted from the upper surface, the food in the upper stage is more likely to be heated than the food in the lower stage, and uneven heating is possible.

Also, by providing projections in the heating chamber, it is difficult to clean the heating chamber, such as when the wall surface becomes uneven and food residue accumulates or when the wall surface becomes dirty. Further, when heating was performed on the bottom surface of the heating chamber, the protrusion hindered the use of the heating chamber.

Further, a tray 15 having legs as shown in FIG.
There is also a method of heating the food by raising the position of the food, but in this case, when the pan 15 is not used, the pan 15 is bulky due to the presence of the legs 14, so that a lot of storage space is required. It was difficult to use from this aspect.

In view of the above, the present invention irradiates the heating chamber uniformly and uniformly with radio waves, allows the food mounting position in the heating chamber to be freely selected and heats in an optimum state, and allows the shelf and the mounting table to be detachable. It is a first object of the present invention to provide a high-frequency heating device which is easy to care and handle.

Therefore, in order to achieve the first object, the present invention has a structure in which radio waves are uniformly radiated from both the upper surface and the lower surface of the heating chamber, and both right and left sides of the heating chamber are flattened. A pair of shelves made of a material having a low dielectric constant is detachably provided on both side surfaces, and a groove or a protrusion is horizontally provided on the shelf, and a low dielectric material is fitted into the groove or the protrusion. The object-to-be-heated mounting table is detachably provided.

The high-frequency heating device of the present invention irradiates radio waves from above and below the heating chamber, and detachably provides a pair of shelves and a heated object mounting table fitted to the shelves on both side surfaces in the heating chamber. The food to be heated can be held in a state of being lifted to a certain height from the bottom of the heating chamber. By mounting and dismounting the mounting table from the heating chamber and selectively using the food, the height can be selected according to the food. This allows the food to be heated in the best condition, with the radio waves being uniformly and most efficiently heated. If the shelves and trays are removed from the heating chamber, the heating chamber is easy to care for because both sides are flat.

Further, the resonance state of the radio wave in the heating chamber changes depending on the size and shape of the food, and the heating state of the radio wave changes depending on the height position of the food. In the present invention, the heating method most suitable for each food is used. Since the height at which the state can be obtained can be selected, the heating can be performed more uniformly and in the most efficient state. The high-frequency heating unit has a common structure
And by preparing different shelves for each device,
It is possible to respond flexibly at the cooking site

(2) Since the shelf and the mounting table can be detachably held in the heating chamber only by fitting the grooves and projections, irregularities such as projections are not required on both side surfaces of the heating chamber. As described above, since the left and right side surfaces and the bottom surface of the heating chamber are substantially flat, the object to be heated can be placed on the bottom surface even when the shelf is removed. At this time, it is also less accumulated food debris in the heating chamber wall, and because the surface even when the wall is soiled is flat easily can wipe, hand Re incoming <br/> becomes easy manageable frequency heating The device can be realized.

(5) By installing a plurality of trays such as two trays, food can be placed in multiple stages. Even when such heating is performed, since the radio waves are emitted from above and below the heating chamber, the food placed on each stage can be heated uniformly. Thereby, a large amount of food can be heated at one time.

(6) As shown in FIG. 5, the shelf is provided with a plurality of grooves so that the height can be selected at each stage in addition to the grooves for installing the mounting table in multiple stages.
In each stage, the height position of the mounting table can be selected delicately and freely, so that the food in each stage can be adjusted to the best heating condition, and more efficient heating can be performed. Become.

(7) The shelves and the mounting table itself can be formed by, for example, pressing them into the heating chamber by slightly pressing them into the heating chamber by adjusting the dimensions of the groove of the shelf and the thickness and width of the mounting table. Due to the friction with the wall of the heating chamber, it is securely held in the heating chamber, so that it can be securely fitted without slipping out. Since the shelf and the mounting table are made of an insulating material with a low dielectric constant material, even if the food container is made of a metal body, it is insulated from the wall of the heating chamber, causing sparks etc., which may damage the heating chamber and the container. Can be prevented.

(8) The mounting table can also be used as a tray for carrying food. If the size of the food is small and a large number of foods are to be placed at one time, it is convenient to arrange them on a saucer in advance and put them in and out of the heating chamber in this state.
