(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】あらかじめその垂直長手方向に沿って縦割
りされた冷凍魚体に対し、その側部における一方の端部
側に割込刃をあてがった後、反対側に押込むべく冷凍魚
体または割込刃のいずれか一方または双方を冷凍魚体の
長手方向に移動させるようにしたことを特徴とする冷凍
魚体の縦割方法。
