However, the above-mentioned conventional roofing materials have the following problems, that is, there is a considerable temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, especially in a cold region. Dew condensation occurs on the back surface of the roofing material, but on the back surface of the roofing material main body, a layer of foamed polyurethane at the time of foaming or a plate material made of foamed polyurethane by an adhesive is adhered and fixed on the entire surface, so there is no place for this dew water to escape . As a result, this dew water stays in the condensed area,
The roofing material body may be corroded.

[0004] In addition, since the thermal expansion coefficient and the thermal contraction rate of the metal roof material body and the foamed polyurethane layer or the foamed polyurethane sheet material are different from each other, the roof material body is bent particularly in a severe winter or a high summer. As a result, when the entire roof covered with this roofing material is in a wavy state, the foamed polyurethane layer or the foamed polyurethane sheet material gradually peels off from the roofing material body, and with the passage of time, There is a risk that the two will separate and fall apart.

[0005] In addition, when a roof is covered or repaired by an operator, when an operator rides on the roof material, a vertical load is applied to the foamed polyurethane layer or the foamed polyurethane plate which is a hardening material. There is a problem that a complicated crack is formed, which is partially damaged and falls off.

Further, in the case of a roofing material in which a foamed polyurethane layer is formed by spraying a foamed polyurethane liquid on the back surface of a metal roofing material body, the foamed polyurethane layer is applied only to a portion having the same area as the roofing material body. Since it cannot be formed, there is also a problem that the heat insulating property and the waterproof property are inferior in the vicinity of the connection part between the roof materials in the vertical and horizontal directions.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional roofing material, and has been developed on the back surface of the roofing material main body by a simple structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a good drainage of dew condensation water, the gist of which is a roofing material body and a foamed resin sheet adhered and fixed to the back surface thereof with an adhesive, The roofing material is characterized in that a bonding surface between the main body and the foamed resin sheet extends in the vertical direction of the roofing material main body and is a line bonding or a narrow width surface bonding provided at intervals in the horizontal direction.

Therefore, the foamed resin sheet 22 is applied to the back surface 4b of the roofing material main body 4 at the portion where the adhesive 30 is applied.
When adhesively fixed to the roof material A, the gap D, which is a non-adhesive portion extending in the vertical direction of the roofing material A, is formed between the two. Is used as a downward flow of the dew condensation water generated on the back surface 4b of the radiator. Therefore, in the present invention, the adhesive 30
Is not applied to the adhesive surface of the foamed resin sheet 22,
Even if it is formed on the back surface 4b of the roofing material main body 4, the object can be achieved.

Next, when another roofing material A is vertically connected across the two roofing materials A, A,
As shown in FIG. 6, on the upper side locking portions 13 between the lower roofing materials A fixed on the base plate 26, the lower side locking portion 6 of the upper roofing material A connected thereto is connected. Put on. Then
When the horizontal portion 8 of the lower edge locking portion 6 of the upper roof material A is inserted between the upper edge locking portions 13 and 13 of the lower roof material A and the surface 4a of the roof material A, the lower edge locking portion 6 Is the lower roof material A,
In a state of straddling between A, the lower roofing materials A, A are engaged in a state of wrapping the upper side locking portions 13, 13.

When the roof is covered with the roofing material A according to the present invention, the foamed resin sheet 22 serves as a heat insulating material and can prevent dew condensation, and also serves as a sound insulating material. When dew condensation occurs on the back surface 4b of the roofing material main body 4, the water droplets are formed by the gaps S formed by the gaps D, which are the non-adhesive portions of the foamed resin sheet 22, and the gaps S are formed by the roof gradient. Is drained to the outside. At this time, since the upper side extension 23 and the right side extension 24 of the foamed resin sheet 22 of the roofing material A connected vertically and horizontally overlap each other, water leakage from the connection is reliably prevented. Further, since the foamed resin sheet 22 is adhered and fixed to the back surface 4b of the roofing material main body 4 by line contact or narrow surface contact, the roofing material A contracts and expands due to the temperature difference between the front and back sides. Less affected by rate differences,
The foamed resin sheet 22 does not peel off from the back surface 4b of the roofing material body 4. Also, when cutting a part of the roofing material A or the foamed resin sheet 22 in accordance with the shape of the place to be laid, a part of the foamed resin sheet 22 is peeled off, and then the roofing material A is formed into a desired shape. After cutting, the foamed resin sheet 22 is again adhered and fixed, and unnecessary portions may be cut into a desired shape by a cutter, so that the work is easy.

According to the roofing material of the present invention, as described above,
It consists of a roofing material main body and a foamed resin sheet adhered and fixed to the back surface thereof with an adhesive, and an adhesive surface between the roofing material main body and the foamed resin sheet extends in the vertical direction of the roofing material main body and is spaced apart in the horizontal direction. Because of the line-attached or narrow-width surface-attached configuration, dew condensation water flows down as a groove between the non-adhesive surface of the roofing material body and the foamed resin sheet due to the slope of the roof, and is drained. Therefore, the roof material does not corrode and the durability is improved. In addition, even if the coefficient of thermal expansion and the coefficient of thermal shrinkage are different from each other, the roof plate does not bend, so that the overall appearance of the roof after roofing is good. Furthermore, even when the worker is on the roofing material and is subjected to a vertical load during roofing or repair, the foamed resin sheet may be damaged due to the deformation of the roofing material body. There is no effect, and there are various effects that the construction can be easily performed without deteriorating the performance even in the case of cutting the roof material.
