In the former sound insulation panel, a plaster board is located in a building, and the sound in the building hardly reaches the glass wool layer with the sound insulating plaster board, and the plaster board may cause the sound to reverberate into the building. In the latter sound insulation panel, an aluminum punched plate is located in the building, and the sound in the building easily passes through the sound holes of the aluminum punched plate and reaches the sound absorbing glass wool layer. However, there is a problem in that the sound that is reverberated is leaked again through the sound holes of the aluminum punched plate into the building. The former and latter sound insulation panels do not use a material having particularly low sound absorption and sound insulation, and have a problem that the sound insulation of low sound is low. or,
Both the former and latter sound insulation panels have a structure in which members such as plaster boards, glass wool layers, and aluminum punched boards are attached to the frame material, so the sound in the building leaks outside through the frame material. There is.

[0004] Each of the sound insulation panels 5 is provided between bone members 53 such as rectangular steel pipes which are juxtaposed at intervals of the width of the sound insulation panels 51.
1 is attached to form a sound insulating panel 51 (FIG. 12).
), The both side edges of the armored corrugated sheet 52 are projected so as to overlap with the bone members 53, and the side ends of the armored corrugated sheet 52 are cut surfaces. The side edge of the armored corrugated plate 52 and the side edge of the frame member 54 are connected by using the same. However, since the connecting member 55 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the frame member 54 using a screw 56 or the like, the step between the sound insulation panel 51 and the bone member 53 occurs due to the step generated by the protrusion of the screw 56 or the head of the nail. There is a possibility that a gap is formed between the gaps, and the sound in the building leaks due to the gap, and the sound insulation effect may be reduced.

A sound insulation panel according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is a sound insulation panel in which bone members are juxtaposed at intervals of the width of the sound insulation panel, and fitted and mounted between the bone members. Since the front end of the bent portion of the corrugated sheet runs along the sound insulation panel board, it is not necessary to attach the front end of the exterior corrugated sheet to the sound insulation panel board with a separate member such as a connector.
When the sound insulation panel is fitted between the bone members and mounted, there is no danger that the heads of screws, needles, etc., which have attached the connecting members between the frame material and the bone member of the sound insulation panel, will protrude, and the frame material and the bone member The gap between the sound insulation panel and the frame material is eliminated, and the sound in the building is not leaked through the gap. Sound insulation and high sound insulation can be achieved. In addition, by aligning the tip of the armored corrugated sheet with the side end surface of the frame material, the strength of the projecting part of the armored corrugated sheet is improved, and the part of the armored corrugated sheet is deformed or damaged during transportation and storage. This makes the sound insulation panel easy to handle.

The sound insulation panel 1 constructed as described above and continuing from the foamed aluminum board 2 to the glass wool layer 3 and the plaster board 4 and further to the glass wool layer 3 and the plaster board 4 as shown in FIG. It is inserted between the bone members 12 from the outside toward the inside, and is fixed to the bone members 12 with a connection fitting (not shown). Since the sound insulation panel 1 has a long vertical length of 9000 mm, a rope is passed through a horizontal pipe 18 on the upper side of the sound insulation panel 1, and the rope 22 is hung by a hook 23 of a crane truck and suspended by an arm 24 and carried (see FIG. 1). ). The projecting portion 6 of the armored corrugated sheet 5 in contact with the bone member 12 has a flat surface.
2, the sealing efficiency of the sealing material 16 which fills the gap between the bone member 12 and the frame member 9 of the sound insulation panel 1 and seals the gap is high. Further, the outer corrugated sheet 5 which is opened at the positions of the upper and lower sides of the sound insulating panel 1.
A rubber packing 20 is inserted into each of the wave opening portions to block the air inside the armored corrugated sheet, thereby increasing the sound insulation effect. The sound in the building is absorbed from the low sound absorbing aluminum foam board 2 having good sound absorbing properties into the interior of the sound insulating panel 1, and is also absorbed by the glass wool layer 3 having sound absorbing properties. The sound passing through the glass wool layer 3 is blocked by a sound-insulating plaster board 4 that blocks air behind the glass wool layer 3,
The sound passing through the plaster board 4 is not completely shielded here, but the sound pressure drops and the rear glass wool layer 3
The sound is being absorbed. In this way, the sound is muted while lowering the sound pressure. The rear plaster board 4 also performs sound insulation of the sound passing through the frame material 9, and the gap between the sound insulation panel 1 and the bone member 12 is completely sealed to block the air in the building. Therefore, most of the sound in the building is received by the sound insulation panel 1, and the sound insulation effect is high.

Measurement of the sound insulation effect of the sound insulation panel (FIGS. 8 to 1)
8) In order to measure the sound insulation effect of the sound insulation panel 1, FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the sound insulation panel 1 is installed as a front wall of the measurement equipment 28, and the transmitter 25 is installed in a closed room space of the measurement equipment 28 formed by surrounding the whole with concrete walls. The receiver 26 was located at the front outdoor position, and the sound insulation state of the sound transmitted from the transmitter 25 was measured. The measurement results are shown in FIG. The intensity of the sound transmitted from the transmitter 25 is kept constant at 90 db, and the frequency (Hz) of the sound wave is changed. As shown in FIG. 11, a high sound insulation effect by the sound insulation panel 1 was measured from the measurement results. In particular, even when the frequency of the sound wave was low, the transmission loss (db) was higher than other sound insulation walls, and a high sound insulation effect was measured.
