Atypical sealing materials for construction are generally used for joints and waterproofing of outer walls constructed of ALC panels, sidings, precast concrete panels, extruded cement boards, and the like. On the other hand, in recent years, buildings in an urban area have a narrow interval between adjacent buildings, and it is impossible to perform filling work and spatula work of an irregular sealing material from the outer surface of the outer wall. .

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, this gasket method is a method in which a gasket 2 is attached to a panel 1 in advance, and the gasket 2 is arranged in a gap between the panels 1 and 1, as shown in FIG. There is a method of inserting the gasket 2 from the outer surface of the outer wall after the building 1 is built. In the former method, the gasket 2 attached to the panel 1 is susceptible to damage during transportation or building, and the gasket 2 can be set in a predetermined position and shape when pressed against the next panel and built. It was difficult and it was difficult to secure sufficient waterproof performance. In addition, the latter method cannot be used in narrow spaces where the distance between adjacent buildings is small, and requires an external scaffold to perform the method.

That is, a gasket 3 made of a long elastic body as shown in FIG. 8 and having a cross-sectional shape in which an M-shape and a W-shape are joined is used, and the inside thereof is decompressed and contracted in a flat shape. A method was proposed in which the joint was inserted into the cavity 4 between the panels 1 and 1 shown below, and then the interior was returned to normal pressure to restore the cross-sectional shape and the joint between the panels was closed by the gasket 3.

However, in general, panels such as ALC panels and precast concrete panels are finished by covering the outer surface and outer joint surface with an exterior material such as a spray material, a plaster material, a metal material, a tile material, and a ceramic material. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, when the exterior material 5 is applied to the outer surface or the panel surface at the outer position by the hollow portion 4 of the panel, the thickness of the outer outer surface becomes higher, and the outer outer surface is in contact with the outer surface to construct the panel. When this is done, a gap is created between the inner forefaces. In addition, when the panel is built with the inside fore edge in contact, the outside fore surface cannot be covered with the exterior material, and there is a problem that the water stoppage, fire resistance, aesthetics, and the like are reduced.

In this panel, a gasket with a closed cross-section elastic body is depressurized inside a cavity formed by overlapping grooves along the length direction provided on the small face of the two panels built adjacent to each other to make it flat. In the panel used in the method of inserting and then returning to normal pressure and restoring the cross-sectional shape and closing the joint, the outer side of the small groove face of the panel is made to have a lower thickness of the exterior material than the inner part of the groove. FIG. 1 (a) shows the entire surface of the precast concrete panel 1 of the embodiment, and the major part thereof is chamfered at the long side as shown in FIG. A groove 6 having a trapezoidal cross section is provided along the length direction in a portion near the surface (outside). The fore-edge surface 7-1 outside the groove 6 of this panel has a height (t) lower than the fore-edge surface 7-2 inside the groove 6. This height (t) is a small face 7-1.
This corresponds to the coating thickness of the exterior material to be applied. As the exterior material, an exterior material such as a spray material used in the prior art was used.

The gasket 3 has a cross section similar to that of FIG. 8 in the form of a closed cross section in which an M-shape and a W-shape are joined, and a pair of opposing two side faces forms an elastic contact portion 9 which resiliently contacts the panel, and has an elastic surface. A plurality of ridges 10 of the sponge body are provided, and another pair of two opposing side surfaces have a thin portion 11 which is formed in a groove shape along the central length direction, and is bent inside into a V shape. The bent part 12 is formed. When the pressure inside the gasket 3 is reduced, the gasket 3 bends at the thin portion 11 and contracts flat, so that the two elastic contact surfaces 9 can be inserted into the cavity 4 from the upper end thereof with the groove 6 facing the bottom of the groove 6. .

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the inside of the gasket 3 is returned to normal pressure and the cross section is restored to the original shape. The elastic contact portion 9 of the gasket is pressed against the bottom of the groove 6 by its restoring force, and a plurality of ridges 10 on the surface form a line sealing, thereby closing the cavity 4 tightly. Further, the two fore-faces 7-1 covered with the exterior material 5 at the outer position of the cavity 4 and the two fore-faces 7-2 at the inner position are in close contact with each other to form a joint.

In this panel, the outer surface of the groove outer portion has a smaller thickness of the outer material than the outer surface of the outer portion, so that the inner position of the adjacent two panels and the outer position of the outer surface covered with the outer material are different. Can be built closely. Also,
After the inside edges of the two panels are touched and built, the exterior material can be applied to the gap (2t) between the outside edges.

In addition, in the hollow portion in which the trapezoidal cross-sectional grooves of the panel of this embodiment overlap each other, the dimension (l 1 ) in the panel thickness direction is larger than the dimension (l 2 ) in the width direction, and the gap between the wall surface and the bottom surface is different. Since the angle Θ forms an obtuse angle, it is easy to insert a gasket that has contracted in a flat shape, and the gasket whose cross-sectional shape has been restored strongly contacts the bottom surface of the groove, so that the cavity can be more closely closed. Therefore, the watertightness of the joint face and the joint joint that are in close contact can be further enhanced, which is preferable.

In addition, since the groove wall surface of the panel of this embodiment forms an obtuse angle (Θ) with respect to the bottom surface, the groove and the outer small edge surface are not easily chipped, and the effect is large in forming a defect-free joint. is there.

This panel can be built by contacting the outer and inner edge surfaces with the outer edge surface covered with the exterior material, and the cavity formed by the edge surface contracts and restores the cross-sectional shape after insertion Since the gasket is tightly closed by the gasket, both functions can be combined to form a joint that satisfies excellent water stopping performance, fire resistance and aesthetic appearance.
