Such a brake shoe is known to be one of the largest consumable parts among general brakes. In other words, since the tread brake originally originated from a cast iron brake shoe, even though synthetic brake wheels and sintered alloy brake wheels are now common, the method of attaching the brake shoe to the brake head is a conventional method. According to. Therefore, when the friction material is consumed or the component is damaged, a part to be replaced, that is, a part to be discarded is large. Therefore, improvement is required in terms of processing cost and material cost. Further, in the case of the above replacement, it has been conventionally difficult to perform the replacement operation.

For example, the structure of a conventional synthetic brake shoe is shown in Fig. 10 (a).
As shown in (b), a friction material (2) is fixed to one surface of a base (15), and a mounting plate (16) for a brake head is provided at the center of the other surface. The structure of the sintered alloy brake shoe is the eleventh
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), a friction material (2) is fixed to a reinforcing plate (1) via an adhesive layer (4), and the reinforcing plate (1) is fixed to a base metal (15). Further, a mounting plate (16) is provided similarly to the above. Note that both FIGS. 10 and 11 (17)
Indicates the receiver. In such a conventional synthetic brake shoe or sintered alloy brake shoe, the front part shown in the above drawings is a part which is replaced as a consumable and is discarded, which is a problem in terms of cost. In addition, the base metal was sometimes damaged due to its structure.

As described above, in the present invention, the brake shoe to be mounted on the brake shoe head is divided into a plurality of pieces, and each reinforcing plate is directly engaged with the brake shoe head and mounted.
Since the structure of the replacement / discarded parts due to the consumption of the friction material is simplified, the processing cost and the material cost are reduced, and further, there is an effect that the base metal damage due to these is eliminated.

As shown in FIG. 1, a synthetic brake shoe (A) constituting the present invention has a friction material (2) fixed to one surface of a reinforcing plate (1) and a concave portion (3) in the center of the other surface. Is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the sintered alloy brake shoe (B) has a friction material (2) fixed to a reinforcing plate (1) via an adhesive layer (4), and the anti-friction of the reinforcing plate (1). A concave portion (3) is formed at the center of the material surface.

The brake head for mounting such a brake shoe has the following structure. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, opposed substantially U-shaped grooves (6) are formed on the mounting surface of the brake shoe head (5) to mount the reinforcing plate (1) to which the friction material (2) is fixed. One pair was provided in parallel for each wheel. Furthermore, the reinforcing plate (1) is slid into the groove (6) to thereby control the brake shoe to the brake shoe head (5)
When it is engaged with the brake shoe, the torque receiving pin (8) protruding from the mounting surface of the brake shoe head is pressed by a spring (7) to prevent the brake shoe, that is, the reinforcing plate (1) from falling off. It is fitted in the recess (3) of (1).
This pin (8) is for locking the brake shoe to the brake shoe head, and for receiving the torque generated during braking.

According to such a brake and a brake head, even when the friction material is worn or damaged, it is sufficient to replace the simple brake with the structure consisting only of the reinforcing plate and the friction material, and the brake as a consumable is low. Obtained at cost.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the brake shoe head (5) is provided on the mounting surface of each brake shoe (A) (B) with the above-mentioned substantially U-shaped groove (6).
And two substantially trapezoidal grooves (9) for inserting a removal jig in the same direction as the above. Further, the torque receiving pin (8) pressed by the spring (7) corresponds to X in FIG. 3 shown in FIG.
As can be seen from the sectional view taken along the line X ', a through hole (10) is formed at one end of the spring (7) in contact with the spring (7), and when the torque receiving pin (8) is installed, the through hole (10) is formed. A jig insertion hole (11) is provided in the thickness direction of the brake head (5) extending from (10). FIG. 4 shows a state in which the pin (8) is pressed toward the brake shoe side by the spring (7), and its tip is fitted into the concave portion (3) of the reinforcing plate (1).

In order to remove such a brake shoe, a pin removing jig (12) having a tapered tip end as shown in FIG. 5 and a substantially U-shaped flat surface shown in FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the above-mentioned removal jig (12) is inserted into the jig insertion hole (11) of the bracelet head (5) as shown in FIG. Insert one end on the taper side. At this time, the tapered surface of the punching jig (12) also penetrates the through hole (10) of the pin (8) at the same time, and the pin (8) moves against the pressing force of the spring (7) by the tapered surface. So that the tip of the pin (8) is in the recess (3) of the reinforcing plate (1).
, The brake shoe becomes slidable in the direction of the pair of substantially U-shaped grooves (6). Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the parallel tips of the removal jig (13) are inserted into two grooves (9) having a substantially trapezoidal cross section of the brake shoe head (5) corresponding to one brake shoe. I do. The inserted jig (13) is slid on the reinforcing plate (1) as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and (b) so that the projection (14) at the tip thereof comes out of the slot on the opposite side. The jig (13) is pulled out by engaging the projection (14) with the edge of the reinforcing plate (1). In this manner, the reinforcing plate (1), that is, the brake shoe can be easily removed.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the brake shoe has a simple structure as a split type, the processing cost of the friction material portion as a consumable is reduced, and the material cost is also reduced, so that the effect from the viewpoint of saving resources can be obtained. In addition, since the base metal is not used, there is an effect that the base metal and its parts are not damaged due to the strength and the processing thereof.
