2. Description of the Related Art A membrane material used for a membrane structure, for example, is made of a fiber woven fabric made of glass fiber, synthetic resin fiber, or the like. It is formed by applying a coating material to a thickness of generally 0.5 mm or more. For fixing such a film material to the frame of a structure, a member conventionally called an edge rope is attached to a terminal portion, and the edge rope is fixed by applying a locking force, or the edge rope is not so large. Parts that do not require a load are screwed without edge ropes. Typical examples are shown in FIGS.
It is shown in FIG.

A first example of FIG. 7 is a typical example of a fixing structure of a terminal portion of a film material 2 to which an edge rope 1 is attached. The film material 2 is pressed between the frame member 2 and the fixed receiving member 4 on the skeleton side. Fixed receiving member 4 of film fixing plate 3
The waterproofing sheet 6 made of rubber is interposed on both sides of the film material 2 in order to prevent water from leaking from a gap between the film fixing bolt 5 and the bolt hole of the film material 2.

Each of FIGS. 8 to 10 shows an example of a fixing structure for a beam at an intermediate portion when a roof is made of a film material using the edge rope 1. The second example of FIG. 8 is basically the same as the above example, and is an example in which the terminal portions of the film materials 2 a and 2 b separated at the beam 7 are overlapped and fixed by the film fixing plate 3. Also in this case, the waterproof sheet 6 is used because waterproofing becomes a problem. The third example in FIG.
An auxiliary film 11 for fixing using the same material as the film material 2 is connected to the back side of the film material 2 through the beam material 10 and the edge rope 1 is attached, and the auxiliary film 11 with the edge rope is attached. The fourth example in FIG. 10 is
In this example, the edge rope 1 is connected to the back side of the film material 2 through the beam member 12 in a protruding state, and the edge rope 1 is held and fixed in the fixing groove of the film fixing fastener 13.

The above-described conventional fixing structure has been used for many years and has become a standard structure for fixing a membrane material. However, it is not always the best and has some problems. . That is, as a problem common to the edge rope type and the screw type, there is a problem that a special treatment is always required for waterproofing, which increases a load of construction work. In addition, in the case of the edge rope type, there are certain restrictions on the structure on the skeleton side in order to fix the bolts, and a rigid membrane fixing plate is required. However, there is a problem that the flexibility of the original shape of the film material cannot be fully utilized, and the use of a large number of bolts increases the amount of work and increases the burden of material management. There's a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has been made to reduce the work load related to fixing, particularly the work load on site, in fixing a film material. It is an object of the present invention to increase the degree of freedom in the design of the fixing part and to eliminate the need for a waterproofing treatment.

According to the present invention, for the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, a coating material is applied to a connection surface of a coating material using glass fiber fabric or the like as a base material. The metal fixing member is connected to the terminal portion by welding or bonding via the connection surface, and is fixed to the skeleton via the fixing member.

The present invention requires that a surface treatment material be applied to the fixing receiving member and the fixing member as described above, and that the surface treatment material be the same as or similar to the coating material of the film material. As an example of the same or a similar type, a film material having high fire protection performance and widely used as a large membrane structure or a building roof, for example, is as follows.
Since fluorinated ethylene resin (PTFE) is used as the coating material, the same resin includes PTFE,
As a resin of the same type, a tetrafluoroethylene / perfluoroalkoxyethylene copolymer resin (tetrafluoroethylene / perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer;
PFA) tetrafluoroethylene / hexafluoropropylene copolymer resin (tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer; FEP), or tetrafluoroethylene / ethylene copolymer resin (tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer; ETFE).

The use of the same or similar material is an important factor in securing the fixing force of the film material, particularly the strength of welding and bonding performed on site. In other words, welding and bonding work on site cannot always be performed under sufficient quality control, so it is important to easily obtain the required strength even if there is some variation in work. This requirement can be satisfied by previously applying a surface treatment material that is the same as or similar to the coating material of the film material to the fixing receiving member and the fixing member.

[0013] The adhesion strength of the surface treatment material to the fixing receiving member and the fixing member also affects the fixing force of the film material. By applying a surface treatment material to the fixing member, a sufficiently high adhesive strength can be given.

As for welding for fixing or connection to the fixing receiving member or the fixing member, the surface treatment material may be directly welded to the coating material of the film material.
In addition, it is possible to interpose an auxiliary material that has high welding suitability to both the surface treatment material and the coating material and that can be welded at a lower temperature than the surface treatment material and the coating material. is there. Since the latter welding method can lower the practical welding temperature, it is particularly useful for a film material using a coating material having a high welding temperature by itself, such as PTFE.

According to the present invention as described above, bolts and screws are not required for fixing the film material itself, and the burden of fixing-related work on site can be greatly reduced. In addition, since a fixing method that enables a flexible response such as welding or adhesion is adopted, requirements for conditions on the structure on the skeleton side are reduced, and the degree of freedom in designing the fixing portion can be increased. In addition, it is possible to selectively use welding and bonding according to conditions, which also increases the degree of freedom in designing the fixing portion. Further, since the fixing surface of the film material is completely sealed by welding or bonding, the waterproofness can be greatly improved. Further, since the fixing is performed via the fixing receiving member and the fixing member firmly connected by working the entire fixing surface by welding or bonding, the fixing can be performed more strongly and with high durability.

Each of the above embodiments relates to a film material made of PTFE as a coating material, and is an example in which the coating material is fixed or connected by welding because the coating material has no adhesiveness. For a film material using a coating material capable of bonding as described above, bonding is used according to the conditions on the skeleton side. Further, for a film material using a synthetic rubber coating material, adhesion is generally used because welding is not suitable. Conventionally used techniques can be applied to these bondings, and their fixing structures are basically the same as those of the above-described examples, and therefore description thereof is omitted.
