タイプの無機顔料又は有機顔料による着色においては、
表面(肌)が滑らかなパリソンが押出される為、成形さ
れる樹脂ボトルも商品価値のある優れた外観を有してい
る。

れ、縦筋状となって成形品の外観不良を引き起こすもの

する限り発生する。この様な問題を解決する方法とし
て、ブロー成形機のダイの構造を変更するか、ダイのウ
ェルド部分の位置を変更する等の方法が考えられるが、
機械の改良、ダイの改良等は経済的にも問題が多すぎ
る。更にマイカ製パール顔料を使用しない製品の樹脂ボ
トル成形に際しては何等支障は認められないことから、
成形機の改良は必ずしも好ましい方法ではない。従って
本発明の目的は、マイカ製パール顔料を用いた場合に生
じる上述した外観不良の問題を解決することが出来、通
常のブロー成形機をそのまま使用しても良好なパール外
観を付与することが出来るポリエチレン樹脂着色組成物
を提供することである。
