り成る0.5mm〜3mm厚の塗膜帯を、目地の前後に
配したブロックの縁部及び目地を覆う幅にてブロックの
左上縁から右上縁に亘って一連に設けたことを特徴とす
る。水路に沿った隙間を有する場合は、その隙間につい
ても同様にパッキンを装着して塗膜帯を形成するが、い
ずれの場合においても、ブロックの縁部に前記塗膜帯の
少なくとも上流側の縁を収納すべく、塗膜帯の設定厚相

化し、塗装仕上がり面は平滑で、耐久性、耐摩耗性、耐
水性及び非透水性を兼ね備えた良質な塗膜帯4を形成す
る。又、刷毛塗りや流し塗り或いは特殊塗装機を用いた
吹付け塗装による1回の塗装で500μm〜数cmの厚

4の上流側の端が位置する箇所(即ち、目地2から5m
m〜20mmの箇所)であり、その深さは塗膜帯4の厚

れるゴミ等の引っ掛かりを防止することができる。尚、
上記農業用水路を新規に得る場合には、従来のごとく地
盤を均した後にブロック1を配し、同様の作業を行えば
