The video signal transmitted from the video / audio digital transmission device (25) in the above-described scramble device is subjected to FM,
It is further converted to SHF band radio waves and transmitted to communication satellites.
The audio signal is digitally encoded by the PCM method, and the audio subcarrier is converted to a PSK (Phase Shift K
Eying) This is a PCA subcarrier system for modulation and transmission, and the actually transmitted signal is configured as shown in the frame configuration diagram of FIG. The audio signal is a digital signal in which one frame is composed of 2048 bits, and this signal is transmitted 1000 times per second. That is, as shown in FIG.
Data transmission of 2048 Mbits of 00 frames is performed. The frame synchronization in the A mode shown in FIG. 4B for this one frame configuration is for facilitating the reproduction of the bit clock on the receiving side with 16 bits. The next 16 bits of the frame synchronization are bits indicating the transmitting mode, and the receiver switches the receiving mode according to the receiving mode. The range bits are composed of 32 bits. These 32 bits are divided into four every 8 bits, and correspond to audio 1 to audio 4 of the audio signal. The first 3 bits of the 32 bits corresponding to audio 1 to audio 4 are range numbers. Range bits corresponding to
The remaining 4 bits are the error correction bits of the range bits, and the last bit is 0. In the B mode, there are no voices 3 and 4 as shown in FIG. 4C, so the 16 bits of the range bits are changed to bits for transmitting independent data (1). Audio 1 to audio 4 each have 320 bits, and audio 1 and audio 2 have 1536 bits in the B mode. The independent data is data that can be freely used by the user. Of the total of 480 bits (224 bits in B mode), 256 bits (16 bits in B bit) indicated by independent data (1) and 160 bits indicated in control data are already scrambled. It is used in a bra, and 64 bits × 1000 frames = 64 kBPS indicated by the independent data (2) can be freely used. The same is true for the B mode. The last 244 bits are added to voice and independent data by an error correction code. In this example, the independent data (2) of 64 kBPS for one second among the independent data is used, and a data format signal as shown in FIG. 5 is inserted into the independent data (2) and transmitted. In the figure, CH is channel information of each channel, such as a channel number, and the next program start and program end time information (9) is constantly transmitted for about two days. Of course, when the program is terminated, the information is not transmitted and a new program time is updated and transmitted. The next data (10) is correction standard time information for correcting a timer in a receiving device having a clock function. The transmitting device to which such information is constantly transmitted is always set to the receiving state on the contracted channel.
