The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional example, and aims at compensating for each of the drawbacks of wood-based and stone materials, providing a natural feeling of material, and simplifying on-site construction. It is another object of the present invention to provide a composite panel which can improve the quality and appearance of the panel, and can sufficiently protect a stone material which is vulnerable to impact.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The composite panel of the present invention has a recess 4 which is formed by recessing a part of the surface side of a wooden board 2 thicker than the thickness of the stone 1 and opening upward.
Is formed, and the stone 1 is fitted into the recess 4 so that the stone 1 and the wooden board 2 are mixed on the surface side,
The back surface of the stone material 1 is reinforced by FRP, a metal plate, or a plywood reinforcing material 3 in the concave portion 4 of the essential system plate 2.

[Operation] Since the stone 1 and the wooden board 2 are mixed on the surface side, the disadvantage of the wooden board 2 is compensated for by the advantage of the stone 1, and the disadvantage of the stone 1 is compensated by the advantage of the wooden board 2. Further, a part of the surface of the wooden board 2 thicker than the thickness of the stone 1 can be recessed to form a recess 4 having an upper opening, and the stone 1 can be fitted into the recess 4. Therefore, by installing the panels, it is possible to easily execute the construction in which the stone 1 and the wooden board 2 are mixed on the surface.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a recess 4 is formed by recessing a part of the surface of a wooden board 2 and a stone 1 is formed in the recess 4. The composite panel A in which the stone material 1 and the wood-based board 2 are mixed is formed on the surface side by being fitted and bonded. Since the stone 1 is vulnerable to impact, it is reinforced by laminating a reinforcing material 3 of FRP, metal plate or plywood on the back surface, so that the bending strength and impact strength are increased so that cracking, chipping and the like are less likely to occur.

The wood-based board 2 is not particularly limited, such as a veneer plywood, a solid board, a laminated wood, etc., but is usually used for floors and walls, and is used thicker than the stones 1 to be arranged at the same time. If anti-slip coating is applied as needed, a more anti-slip effect can be obtained.

The above-described arrangement of the stone material 1 and the wood-based board 2 on the surface of the composite panel A is performed in consideration of the coordination of the respective colors and patterns. For example, FIGS. 2 (a), (b), and (c)

Although various things such as (l) are conceivable, it is not necessarily limited to this, and it is a matter of course that other arrangements may be used. In FIG. 2, the stone 1 portion is indicated by hatching, and the non-hatched portion indicates the wooden board 2.
In addition, the area ratio on the surface of the stone 1 and the wooden board 2 looks more luxurious when the number of the stones 1 is increased, but the area ratio is determined according to each purpose.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, the stone and the wood-based board are mixed on the surface side. It can be walked on bare feet, is less susceptible to damage than a wooden board alone, and can provide an unprecedented high-grade composite material with a matching wooden texture and stone texture. In addition, a part of the surface law of the woody board thicker than the thickness of the stone is recessed to form a concave part which is opened upward, and the stone is fitted into the recess. By simply inserting a stone into the concave part, the stone and the wooden board can be easily mixed on the front side, and there is no need to worry about the surface of the wooden board coming off. Thus, the quality of the composite panel can be improved. Also, when a recess is formed on the surface of the wooden board, the area ratio of the wood board and the stone occupied on the surface of the wood board can be easily changed only by changing the size of the recess. For example, by forming the concave portion to have a size capable of fitting a large stone material, the surface area occupied by the stone material increases, and a luxurious appearance can be easily obtained. Furthermore, the stone and the wooden board are integrated by inserting the stone which is vulnerable to impact into the single wooden board, and the stone and the wooden board can be sufficiently protected. Furthermore, since the back surface of the stone was reinforced with FRP, metal plate, or plywood reinforcement in the recess of the wooden board, even with composites of stone, the bending strength and impact strength of the stone increased with the reinforcement, cracking of the stone, Chipping or the like can be made less likely to occur, and the entire strength can be increased or thinned by reinforcing with a reinforcing material.
