便器洗浄給水装置を得ることを目的とする。However, in the conventional toilet flushing / water supply apparatus, each time the toilet is used, the sensing unit opens the on-off valve for a predetermined time irrespective of the frequency of use by a signal obtained by sensing the user. Therefore, not only is water wasted, but there is also a drawback that odors are emitted and dirt is attached, which makes the user uncomfortable. An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet flushing / water supply device that solves such a drawback.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a toilet flushing / water supply apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The toilet flush water supply device 1 includes a photoelectric sensor 2 as a sensing unit, a control unit 3, a constant flow valve 4, an on-off valve 5 as a water supply valve, and a power supply 6. The water supply pipe 7 is connected to the urinal 8 via the constant flow valve 4 and the on-off valve 5.
The connection order of the constant flow valve 4 and the on-off valve 5 may be reversed.

An input interface 3a, a microprocessor (hereinafter M
PU) 3b, a memory 3c as a storage means, an output interface 3d, and a timer 3e. The input interface 3a includes the photoelectric sensor 2 and the power source 6
Is connected, and the on-off valve 5 is connected to the output interface 3d. As the photoelectric sensor 2, for example, a sensor using infrared rays or the like is used, and when a person enters a sensing range such as in front of a urinal, a signal is sent to the control unit 3 via the activation signal line 2a. In the memory 3c, the urinal non-use time (Ta) indicating the frequency of use and the urinal use time (Tb) indicating the amount of urine as shown in FIG.
Data indicating the relationship c) is stored in advance. In this embodiment, in FIG. 4A, Ta1 is 5 minutes, and Ta2 is
In FIG. 4B, Tb1 is 15 seconds, Tb2 is 40 seconds, and in FIG. 4C, Tc is the opening time of the on-off valve for flowing 4 L of washing water. Note that this data was obtained by a urinal ink cleaning test, a urinal replacement test, a monitor test using an actually used urinal, and the like. As the constant flow valve 4, for example, an orifice which bends to the secondary side due to a pressure difference between the primary side and the secondary side of the fluid and changes its diameter to exhibit a constant flow rate function is used. The on-off valve 5 is, for example, a pilot-type solenoid valve using a so-called latching solenoid as an actuator, which is energized only at the time of opening / closing operation and otherwise maintains an open or closed state by a spring force or a magnetic force of a permanent magnet.
Note that an electromagnetic valve that closes when power is not supplied may be used. Further, other than the electromagnetic valve using an electromagnetic solenoid or the like, a valve having a structure in which the valve is driven by an actuator using a piezoelectric element described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-223230 may be used. As the power source 6, a dry battery, a commercial power source, a generator, or the like can be used. When the dry battery is used as the power source, the power source 6 is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-156451.
It is necessary to take measures such as intermittent light emission of the photoelectric sensor and control of the amount of current supplied to the electromagnetic solenoid as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. HEI 5-157332.

When power is supplied from the power supply 6 (S1), the MPU 3b in the control unit 3 starts after resetting the timer 3d (S2), and waits for a signal from the photoelectric sensor 2 to be received, that is, a urinal failure. A time corresponding to the use time (Ta) is measured (S3). At the same time, the timer 3d is reset and started again (S4). And
The time until the signal from the photoelectric sensor 2 disappears, that is, the time corresponding to the urinal use time (Tb) is measured (S
5). The MPU 3b stores the measured urinal non-use time (Ta) and urinal use time (Tb) in the memory 3 in advance.
The open time (Tc) of the on-off valve is determined by comparing it with the data stored in c (S6), and at the same time, the on-off valve 5 is driven to the open state via the output interface 3d. As a result, the urinal 8 is started to be cleaned (S7), and waste and sewage are discharged. The MPU 3b monitors the elapsed time of the timer 3d (S8), and determines the determined time (Tc) (see FIG. 4).
Is elapsed, the on-off valve 5 is driven to the closed state, and the flushing of the urinal is completed (S9). Hereinafter, S1 to S9 are similarly repeated. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
Although the frequency of use is set to three levels and the amount of urine is set to three levels, the number of levels may be increased without being limited to this.

In the case of using a flow regulating valve using a proportional solenoid valve, a stepping motor or the like as described in -223230, the opening degree or the opening degree pattern may be changed instead of the opening time.

Since the amount of flush water corresponding to the use condition of the toilet bowl is supplied to the urinal, there is a great advantage that water can be saved while preventing odors and dirt from adhering.
