2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a dust removing device has been widely used in a water channel for taking cooling water such as an industrial water channel or a power plant. The most well-known type of dust remover is that a link chain is provided on both sides of the water channel, and a bar screen or a screen made of wire mesh is provided at each link of the link chain in a direction perpendicular to the water flow direction or at a predetermined inclination angle. And the screen is driven to rotate to remove dust adhering to the screen out of the water channel.

According to such a dust removing device, the dust and the like floating in the flow are first blocked by the screen main body 14 and scooped up by the dust bucket 21 as the link chain 3 rises. Then, the ascending wheel 1 is turned upside down. As a result, the dust remaining in the dust bucket 21 falls and is discharged to the trough 10 via the inclined surface of the dust bucket 21 and the guide plate 9.

By the way, in recent years, the width of a water channel has been widened with an increase in water intake, while the amount of dust floating in the water channel has tended to increase. In the case of flooding, the processing capacity of the installed dust remover is exceeded, the dust cannot be completely processed, and the screen main body 14 gradually closes, and eventually it becomes impossible to secure sufficient water flow. Caused a sudden rise in the water level difference. The processing capacity of the dust remover is determined by the volume of dust that can be scraped up by the volume of the screen body 14 and the dust bucket 21 and the operation speed thereof.
The actual situation is that, before reaching the capacity, an abnormal water level difference occurs on the screen due to water flow obstruction due to clogging of the screen, causing the screen to be inoperable.

For this reason, when the water level difference between before and after the dust remover exceeds a certain value, the flowing water pressure applied to the screen main body 14 and the screen frame 4 becomes excessively large. I was taking action. However, when such a situation occurs during the power demand period, there is a problem that the power supply at the power plant cannot keep up with the demand, and a power outage causes a serious public abnormal situation.

In the dust removing equipment of the present invention, when a large amount of dust such as a water carrier is generated and inflows, the dust is captured by the perforated flat plate of the pre-dust removing device installed in front of the water channel of the dust removing device, and the perforated flat plate crossing the water channel and the left and right. It is sequentially accumulated in a region surrounded by a pair of perforated flat plates. During this time, dust that is smaller than the water flow and the through-hole diameter of the perforated flat plate passes through the perforated flat plate on the upstream side of the accumulated debris and flows downstream to the dust removal device, where the debris is collected and removed from the water channel. You. Therefore, even in such abnormal situations, the load on the dust removal device is reduced,
The water level difference between upstream and downstream is kept within a certain limit. When the dust accumulated in the box is full, the box is lifted out of the water channel by a crane or crane truck installed outside the channel to remove the dust from the box.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dust removing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The dust removal equipment of the present invention
It is composed of a dust removal device 100 and a pre-dust removal device 200, and the pre-dust removal device 200 is disposed upstream of the water channel, and the dust removal device 100 is disposed downstream of the water channel. The dust removing device 100 is as described in the related art, and a description thereof will be omitted. 1 to 5 relate to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is an overall plan view of a dust removing facility, FIG. 2 is an overall vertical sectional view of the dust removing facility, FIG.
4 is an explanatory diagram of a normal state and an abnormal state, and FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view showing various forms of the pre-dusting device 200. In the drawing, reference numeral 100 denotes a dust removing device, 200 denotes a pre-dust removing device, and a perforated flat plate 240 of the pre-dust removing device 200 is disposed so as to cross a water channel, and is disposed around a horizontal axis attached to side plates 220, 220 at both ends. Rotatable guide roller 22
Reference numerals 2 and 222 are disposed so as to abut the side surfaces of the column bases 210 and 210, respectively. On the other hand, a guide roller 252 attached to the edge of the perforated flat plate 240 is in contact with the side surface of the column base 230 provided on the inner wall of the water passage so as to be rollable, and the other end thereof is perforated. A pair of left and right perforated flat plates 250, 250 connected to the central portion of the slab are erected. The perforated flat plate 240 and a pair of left and right perforated flat plates 250 and 25
The 0 and the perforated bottom plate 260 form an integrated box 200A that is open only on the upstream side and the ceiling. And perforated plate 2
40 and the through-hole 250 of the perforated flat plate 250
a is larger than the size of the mesh of the screen 14 of the downstream dust remover 100, and usually has an opening diameter of about 2 to 5 times. Also, the perforated flat plate 240 is larger than the through hole 250a.
It is desirable to make the opening diameter of the through hole 240a at the center of the first portion somewhat smaller. Further, the perforated bottom plate 260 may be formed as a perforated flat plate, or may be provided with an opening and a wire mesh attached thereto. At the top of the edge of the box 200A is a hanging bracket 2
70 is mounted, and can be lifted and lowered by a crane device or a crane truck installed outside the waterway.

The operation of the dust removing equipment of the present invention configured as described above will be described. FIG. 3 shows a normal operation state in which the inflow of dust is relatively small. In this case, the dust A passes through the through holes 250a and 240a of the pre-dust removal device 200 and is collected by the dust removal device 100. On the other hand, when a large amount of refuse flows, that is, in the case of an abnormal condition, as shown in FIG.
Is difficult to pass through, and the dust is stopped by the perforated flat plate 240 and starts to accumulate. Such accumulated dust B gradually accumulates, and during this time, the dust A in the water stream and the water stream accumulates the accumulated dust B.
After passing through the through hole 250a of the perforated flat plate 250 on the more upstream side, the dust reaches the dust removal device 100 and is collected. As described above, the through holes 240a on both sides of the perforated flat plate 240 are holes for passing through, so that the through holes 2a at the center of the perforated flat plate 240 are formed.
It may be larger than 40a. Therefore, it is desirable that the through hole 240a at the center is the smallest, the through holes 240a on both sides are the smallest, and the through hole 250a has an intermediate size. Since the through holes and the wire mesh of the perforated bottom plate 260 are used for draining, the openings are somewhat finely opened.

The pre-dusting device of the present invention is basically
In the event of anomalies, trash is removed from three perforated plates 240, 250, 25
Since the water is to flow downstream while being captured and accumulated in the area surrounded by the zero and the perforated bottom plate 260, in addition to the perforated flat plate arrangement shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. In
Almost isosceles triangular (Figure 5 (a)), perforated flat plate 2
50 is a bent portion having a portion parallel to the water channel and inclined (FIG. 5B), or a concave portion having a curved shape (FIG. 5B).
In any case, such as (c)), any storage area can be used as long as the storage area can be secured to some extent. Since a large amount of refuse is generated seasonally, and after that time, the amount of refuse returns to the normal refuse amount. At this point, it is necessary to lift the box from the channel to remove the refuse accumulated in the accumulation area. Is good. Also,
Conversely, it is desirable to set the length of the perforated flat plate 250 assuming the amount of dust accumulated in the accumulation area at this time.

According to the dust removing equipment of the present invention, a pre-dust removing device is installed upstream of the dust removing device to accumulate dust when an abnormality occurs, so that an increase in water level difference before and after the dust removing device can be prevented. Therefore, stable and continuous operation is possible without causing damage to the equipment, and the maintainability is improved. Also,
The dust accumulated on the box can be easily removed from the water channel by the crane device or the crane truck, so that the work of removing the dust is easy.
