2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, this type of light reflecting sheet is required to have strength, flexibility, air permeability, etc. from the viewpoint of handling. For this reason, in order to manufacture such a light reflecting sheet, first, a metal such as aluminum is vapor-deposited on a film having a uniform thickness with high precision by a vacuum vapor deposition machine or the like to form a metal vapor-deposited film. Next, the film is slit at regular intervals to form a slit tape, and the tape is wound by a winder. Further, the tape is knitted or woven with a loom, a knitting machine, or the like to produce a light reflecting sheet.

However, in order to manufacture the above-mentioned light reflecting sheet, it is necessary to produce a film having a uniform thickness with high precision for metal deposition.
Also, after depositing metal on this film, slit,
Winding, weaving and many steps are required. Therefore, the light reflecting sheet manufactured as described above has a problem that the cost is increased. Further, on a base material having no watermark, a metal deposition foil is transferred to the entire surface, and thereafter, a manufacturing method by passing through a drilling step or the like can be considered. However, even with this manufacturing method, the number of steps is large and It is complicated and leads to an increase in cost.

According to the present invention, a metal-deposited foil is transferred to a base material such as a woven fabric having a transparent seam formed by an ordinary method, and the base material and the metal-deposited foil are made to have the same shape. This is to produce a reflection sheet. Hereinafter, the light reflecting sheet of the present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of the light reflecting sheet of the present invention. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 indicates the base material. This base material 1 has a transparent mesh (void) composed of a warp yarn 2 and a weft yarn 3. Are formed. Further, a protective layer 6 for protecting the transferred metal vapor-deposited foil 5 is formed thereon. A portion where the warp 2 and the weft 3 do not intersect, that is, the warp 2
In a portion where the and the weft 3 do not protrude from the surface, a break-through 7 is formed. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of FIG.

Here, the base material 1 is made of a woven fabric having a seam formed by weaving a stretched tape of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene due to strength, flexibility, or the like, or by applying this stretched tape by heat bonding, an adhesive, or the like. A nonwoven fabric or the like having a fixed transparent stitch is preferably used. Also, in the case of a woven cloth having a seam, when the driving density of the warp, the weft, or both of the tapes is large (7 / inch or more), there is no problem because the tape misalignment does not occur, but the driving density is low.
(6 pieces / inch or less) deteriorates the appearance due to misalignment of the tape. Therefore, it is preferable to use a heat-sealing cloth (a tape intersection is fixed by heat-sealing) to prevent misalignment.
Further, as the transfer metal vapor-deposited foil 5, aluminum,
Gold, silver and the like are preferably used. For the adhesive layer 4 for adhering the transfer metal vapor-deposited foil 5 and the substrate 1, a hot-melt type adhesive, a reactive polyurethane adhesive, or the like is suitably used. In addition, for the protective layer 6 for protecting the transfer metal vapor-deposited foil 5, an acrylate copolymer resin or the like is suitably used. This protective layer 6 is provided to improve the durability of the light reflecting sheet, and is particularly effective when the durability of the transfer metal deposition foil 5 is insufficient.

Next, a method for manufacturing the light reflecting sheet of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of the substrate 1,
FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view showing a state in which a transfer film 8 including a transfer metal vapor-deposited foil is laminated on the surface of the base material 1 in FIG. The transfer film 8 includes an adhesive layer 4, a transferred metal foil 5, a surface protective layer 6, a release layer 9, and a base film 10, and is laminated such that the adhesive layer 4 is in contact with the surface of the substrate 1. . The surface of the substrate 1 is preferably subjected to a treatment such as corona discharge in advance in order to enhance the adhesiveness. When the adhesive layer 4 is a hot-melt type, heat and pressure are applied to bond the adhesive layer 4 and the substrate 1 in such a stacked state. After bonding in this manner, the base film 10 and the release layer 9 are removed by peeling between the protective layer 6 and the release layer 9. Further, in a portion where the base material 1 and the adhesive layer 4 are not bonded to each other as indicated by reference numeral 11 in FIG. 4, the transferred metal vapor-deposited foil 5 easily falls off through a brushing roll, and the see-through shown in FIGS. An eye 7 is formed. Thus, the light reflecting sheet of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is manufactured.

The transparent stitch 7 imparts air permeability to the light reflecting sheet of the present invention. The transparent mesh 7 can be adjusted by the porosity of the surface of the substrate 1, and the size thereof is appropriately selected depending on the light reflectance and the air permeability required for the function and the heat retention at night. When a light reflecting sheet having no protective layer 6 is manufactured, a transfer film including an adhesive layer 4, a transfer metal deposition foil 5, a release layer 9, and a base film 10 is used as the transfer film 8 in FIG. Then, it may be performed in the same manner as described above.

EXAMPLE A 1000 denier polyethylene flat yarn was used for the warp and the weft, and a plain weave at a driving density of 10 yarns / inch was used as the base material. An adhesive layer using a urethane-based adhesive, a transfer metal vapor-deposited foil using aluminum, a protective layer using an acrylate copolymer resin, a base film, and a transfer film including a release layer were laminated on this base material. The light reflecting sheet was manufactured by the above-described steps. As a result of using this sheet for light reflection, it could be used without any problem in light reflection, air permeability and durability.

According to the light reflecting sheet of the present invention, a release layer, a transfer metal vapor-deposited foil and an adhesive layer are laminated on a base film on at least one side of a base material made of a woven or non-woven fabric having a transparent line in advance. The transferred transfer film is adhered so that the adhesive layer is in contact with the base material, and after the base film and the release layer are peeled off, the transfer metal vapor-deposited foil of the watermark portion is dropped off and transferred to the base material. The method is characterized in that the metal vapor-deposited foils have the same shape with a watermark, and a step of transferring the metal vapor-deposited foil with a transfer film is added to a process of manufacturing a substrate having a watermark. A light-reflecting sheet having air permeability can be manufactured only by itself, and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced and simplified, high precision can be eliminated, and cost can be reduced.
