【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、電子機器のケース
内に配置される蛍光管の周辺構造に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来の電子機器の蛍光管の周辺構造は、
実願昭59ー14442号に示され、図2に示すように
蛍光管11は、蛍光管ふた12に固定部13をもつて着
脱可能に固定している。ここで(a)は側面図,(b)
は正面図である。蛍光管ふた12は、箱体14に片側を
引つ掛けて他方を固定ねじ15によつてねじ止めするこ
とにより箱体14に着脱可能に取り付けている。蛍光管
11には、外部電極16を設けた端末部17を構成して
おり電気導通は箱体14内部に設けた電気導通用端子と
外部電極l6の接触によりなされている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、従来の
蛍光管の周辺構造では、蛍光管と本体との電気導通をと
る上で、蛍光管自体に外部電極を設けた端末部を構成し
なければならない、本体内部にバネ性を持つた電気導通
用端子を設けなければならない、バネ接点のため電気接
続が確実でない等の問題があつた。又、蛍光管を保持す
る上で、蛍光管ふたに蛍光管を取り付けるために充分な
バネ性を持った固定部が必要であり、かつ蛍光管ふたを
本体に取り付ける際に片側に引つ掛け構造、片側に固定
用ねじが必要であつた。以上従来の蛍光管周辺構造で
は、数品点数が多数必要でありこの結果コストアップに
つながっていた。また、部品点数が多いために蛍光管周
辺構造の占めるスペースが大きくなってしまう等の問題
があった。 【0004】本発明は、従来の課題を解決し、蛍光管の
交換が容易でかつ保持構造上においても耐衝撃性に優れ
た簡単な構造がとれた構造を提供することを目的とす
る。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明による電子機器
は、蛍光管の端部に接続される導通用リード線の一端が
実装される回路基板と、蛍光管を囲むように配置されて
且つ回路基板に係合してなる軟質部材を備え、ケース内
部には、軟質部材の一部と係合する被係合部を設けてな
ることを特徴とする。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施例を図1に示す。図
面中1は蛍光管、2は蛍光管の導通用リード線、3は固
定用クッション、4は蛍光管取り付け用回路基板、5は
コネクタである。図3は、図1の実施例に外装ケースを
加えた断面図である。図4は、図1の実施例に外装ケー
スを加えた平面図である。図3において、蛍光管取り付
け用回路基板4に固定用クッション3及び導通用リード
線2のハンダ付けによつて取り付けられた蛍光管1は、
上外装ケース6と下外装ケース7の間に設けられた蛍光
管収納部に挟持される。ここで、固定用クッション3の
材質をシリコンゴム等のある程度軟度のある材質を選
び、寸法上外装ケース6と下外装ケース7で挟持する際
に締め代を持つ様に設計すれば、蛍光管1の保持がより
確実になる。 【0007】また図4において、固定用クッション3に
設けた溝を下外装ケース7に設けた溝と合わせる設計に
すれば、蛍光管1の長手方向の位置ずれも防ぐことがで
きる。また、蛍光管1より出る導通用リード線2にある
程度余裕を持たせて回路基板4に実装しておけば、蛍光
管1にかかる衝撃を緩和することができかつ回路基板4
のハンダ付け部にかかる負荷も減少する事ができ電気的
接続もより確実になる。本実施例においては、蛍光管交
換が容易にできる様にコネクタ5を設けかつ蛍光管取り
付け回路基板4を個別に用意している。 【0008】ここで、蛍光管の交換渉度の少ない製品に
対する本発明の実施例を図5に示す。1は蛍光管、2は
蛍光管の導通用リード線、6は上外装ケース、8は本体
の駆動回路素子の実装基板である。本実施例によれば、
蛍光管1を基板8に実装するだけて保持、位置出しがで
きるために、従来の様な保持機構の必要がなくなり、省
スペース、省コストが可能である。 【0009】 【発明の効果】以上述べたように本発明によれば、蛍光
管と蛍光管の端部に接続される導通用リード線の一端が
実装される回路基板とをケース内に配置する電子機器に
おいて、蛍光管を囲むように配置されて且つ回路基板に
係合してなる軟質部材を備え、ケース内部には、軟質部
材の一部と係合する被係合部を設けてなるので、弾性部
材が蛍光管と電子機器ケースとの間に配置されることに
なり、蛍光管の耐衝撃性を改善することができる。ま
た、軟質部材は電子機器ケースと係合する係合部を有す
るため、蛍光管をケース内に保持するに際して部品点数
を削減することができる。さらに回路基板とも係合して
いるので同様の効果を得ることができる。
