2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, packing materials such as corrugated cardboard, styrofoam, and wooden frames are used for carrying building materials and equipment to the site according to the type of the materials. Since the material is originally manufactured for the purpose of carrying in only once, the original shape is rarely left after use,
At the site, the type and amount are enormous, and after use, they are all often treated as mixed waste. It is possible to reuse and recycle by separating packing materials that maintain their original shape on site, but the work is complicated and time-consuming, so it is not practical and is usually not used repeatedly. Intolerable.

1 is a perspective view of a container according to the present invention; FIG.
As shown in the figure, a trolley 2 with casters 21, a plurality of storage boxes 3 for storing materials and equipment, and a trolley 2
It is composed of a holding plate 4 stacked on top, a carriage 2 and a holding plate 4, and a connecting member 5 for connecting the upper and lower holding plates 4, 4, and can be assembled and disassembled for each storage box 3. As a constituent material of the container 1, a material having sufficient strength to withstand repeated use, such as iron or aluminum, is used, but the material is not limited.

The storage box 3 is assembled in a box shape from a flat bottom plate 31 and a side plate 32 surrounding the bottom plate 31 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and is fixed on the bottom plate 31 in parallel in one direction. The space on the bottom plate 31 is divided into a plurality of storage portions 34 by the partitioning plate 33 to be formed. A malt plane or other cushioning material 35 for protecting the equipment stored in the storage unit 34 is attached on the bottom plate 31 surrounding each storage unit 34, the inner peripheral surface of the side plate 32, and both surfaces of the partition plate 33. The cushioning material 35 is also attached to the adjacent side plate.
It is also stretched between 32 and partition plate 33, and between partition plates 33 and 33.
The material of the cushioning material 35 is not limited. The partition plate 33 can be moved in the width direction according to the materials to be stored.

The periphery of the storage box 3 is located on the inner peripheral side with respect to the periphery of the trolley 2. When the trolley 2 is plate-shaped, the flat area of the trolley 2 is equal to that of the connecting member 5 as shown in FIG. The connecting member 5 is installed at an outer peripheral position of the storage box 3. In the embodiment, the carriage 2 is formed in a plate shape that covers the entire bottom plate 31 of the storage box 3. However, since the carriage 2 may be connected to the holding plate 4 by the connecting member 5, a plurality of storages may be provided. As long as it has sufficient strength and rigidity to support the box 3, it may have the same shape as the holding plate 4 described later.

As shown in FIG. 2, the holding plates 4 are alternately stacked with the storage boxes 3 on the trolley 2, and the storage boxes 3 are restrained to the trolley 2 by the connecting members 5 while sandwiching the respective storage boxes 3.
Since the holding plate 4 sandwiches the storage box 3 in its peripheral portion and is connected to each other by the connecting member 5, the peripheral portion has a size protruding from the periphery of the storage box 3 to the outer peripheral side.
A plate having an area equivalent to the above may be used. However, as shown in FIG. 3, a plate having a width enough to accommodate the connecting member 5 may be connected in two directions.

As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting member 5 has a groove-shaped cross-sectional shape from pieces (flanges) 51, 51 overlapping the carriage 2 and the holding plate 4 and a piece (web) 52 connecting them. The trolley 2 and the pressing plate 4, and the upper and lower pressing plates 4 and 4 are disposed between the trolley 2 and the pressing plate 4 and between the pressing plates 4 and 4 vertically adjacent to each other with the storage box 3 interposed therebetween. The storage box 3 is fixed to the carriage 2 by being connected to each other by bolts and screws.

The height of the connecting member 5 is substantially the same as the height of the storage box 3, and the lower storage box 3 due to the load of the storage box 3 located above the connecting member 5 when the container 1 is assembled. It also has the role of preventing the action of compressive force on the box, maintaining the height of each storage box 3 and protecting the materials and equipment. In the embodiment, the upper storage box 3
In order to prevent deformation due to the load, a web 52 is inserted between the flanges 51 in two directions. A change in the scale of the equipment stored in the storage box 3 is dealt with by changing the height of the side plate 32 and the height of the connecting member 5.

As shown in FIG. 6, the door 8 is supported by brackets 10 and 10 fixed to the upper and lower portions of the casing 6 so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis, and the opening angle is restricted to 90 ° by a link or other stopper 11. Is done. When the door 8 is open, the guide member 9 is located on the same track as the horizontal rail 63,
In addition, it guides the storage box 7 in and out. The door 8 is locked to the casing 6 in the closed state.

In FIG. 6, the horizontal rail 63 is also fixed to the surface facing the door 8, but on the surface facing the door 8, it is only necessary to prevent the storage box 7 from falling off. It only needs to be fixed. If the distance between the horizontal bar 63 or the plate facing the door 8 and the guide member 9 is made equal to the width of the storage box 7, the guide member 9 restricts the movement of the storage box 7 in the width direction when the door 8 is closed.
