Description of the Related Art A commonly used medical bag is formed by pressing two flexible synthetic resin sheets between upper and lower molds by means of a mold and thermally welding them. It is formed in a bag shape, but since the sheet pressing portion is pressed by a flat mold to form the fusion seal portion, the fusion seal portion is formed flat. For this reason, a portion where the pressure is weakly generated partially, and a thin portion, a crack, and the like are easily generated. [0003] For example, a blood preservation solution is placed inside a medical bag,
It may cause leakage of liquids such as infusions and saline when enclosing and transporting the liquids, or may not be able to withstand the centrifugal force when centrifuging even if blood is collected, and will burst. Cause. [0006] The medical bag 31 shown in FIG. 6 is formed by extruding a thin-walled tube and forming it into a bag shape by heat welding. As shown in FIG. Even if the material of No. 32 is crushed in a flat shape due to the flexible synthetic resin, it tends to return to the original tube shape again due to its elastic recovery force. , Four corners A, B,
There was a drawback that the heat welding near C and D became insufficient and the liquid easily leaked from these portions (34 and 35 are welded portions and 36 is a mouth portion). The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, has arrived at the next invention. [0005] The present invention provides a bag-shaped body 8 formed by laminating two sheets or welding an extruded tube; And a tubular member attached to the upper end thereof.
Of the bag-shaped main body 8, the corners from both sides to the bottom of the bag-shaped main body 8, and the bottom of the bag-shaped main body 8. Body 8
To provide a medical bag 1 having a flat fusion-sealed portion 9 formed by forming a thick portion at each of an outermost edge portion and an inner edge portion. [0006] A corner portion extending from both sides to the top of the bag-shaped main body 8, both sides of the bag-shaped main body 8, a corner portion extending from both sides of the bag-shaped main body 8 to the bottom, and a bottom portion of the bag-shaped main body 8 are provided. Since the fusion seal portion is firmly formed, the mechanical strength can be improved over the outer peripheral edge of the bag-shaped main body. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a medical bag 1 according to the present invention. The medical bag 1 is formed by laminating two flexible synthetic resin sheets or by welding an extruded tube, and is attached to the upper end of the bag-shaped main body 8. And a tubular member. The tubular member includes a blood collection tube 3 to which a blood collection needle 9 is connected, a connection tube 2 to another bag, and a communication piece 7.
, A protector 4, a blood transfusion port 5, a cylindrical body 8, and other infusion tubes. A flat fusion seal portion 9 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the bag-shaped main body 8, and the fusion seal portion 9 is a corner portion extending from both sides to the upper portion of the bag-shaped main body 8, The bag-shaped body 8 is sandwiched across the flat portion A across both sides, a corner from both sides of the bag-shaped body 8 to the bottom, and the bottom of the bag-shaped body 8.
Thick portions 2 at the outermost edge and the inner edge (the flat portion A and the boundary between the two sheets or the extruded tubes).
7 and 26 are formed (see FIG. 5, FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view near the fusion seal portion 9). FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing an upper mold 11a constituting a production mold 11 (hereinafter referred to as a mold 11) used for producing the medical bag 1 of the present invention, and FIG. It is an enlarged view of -a cross section. The upper mold 11a is made of iron, aluminum alloy,
A mold 12 corresponding to the shape of the medical bag 1 and a groove 13 corresponding to the bag-shaped main body 8 of the medical bag 1 are formed of brass or the like (the same applies to the lower mold 11b). A sheet pressing portion 14 is formed on the mold 12, and a non-conductive portion 15 made of Teflon, bakelite, ceramic or the like is provided inside the sheet pressing portion 14 in the mold 1.
2 along. As shown in FIG. 3, the sheet pressing portion 14
The inner edge 16 and the inner edge 17 of the non-conductive portion 15 are formed on a slope (the shapes of the inner edges 16 and 17 are not limited to the slope shown in the figure, but are formed into a semicircular curved surface or a rectangular cross section). The surface of the slope is formed unevenly. The lowermost level 20 of the non-conductive portion 15 is arranged to be slightly higher than the lowermost level 21 of the sheet pressing portion 14. Thus, after the sheets 22a and 22b constituting the bag-shaped main body 2 of the medical bag 1 are pressed and fused by the mold 11, the bag-shaped main body 2 can be swelled. The sheet pressing portion 24 of the lower mold 11b (see FIG. 4)
Has a flat surface. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the production of the medical bag 1 using the mold 11. Sheets 22a and 22b (or thin-walled tubes, not shown) are arranged between the upper mold 11a and the lower mold 11b, and these are pressed from above and below and thermally welded. As shown in FIG. 5, the sheet 22a,
The constituent material (molten resin) 22b melts near the sheet pressing portion 14 and moves into the space 25 formed between the inner edges 16 and 17 as the degree of pressing progresses. At this time, since heat is not transmitted to the non-conductive portion 15, no melting occurs at a corresponding portion of the sheets 22a and 22b pressed by the non-conductive portion 15. For this reason, the molten resin is cooled on the wall surface of the non-conductive portion 15 while being filled in the space 25, so that the boundary between the flat portion A and the sheets 22 a and 22 b (the inner edge of the bag-shaped main body 8) does not exceed the space 25. Part)
And a thick portion 26 is formed. On the other hand, since the constituent material (molten resin) is strongly pressed at the lower portion of the sheet pressing portion 14, it is also pushed out toward the outermost edge of the fusion seal portion 9 to form the thick portion 27. . In this manner, the medical bag 1 has flat fusion seal portions 9 formed on the outermost peripheral edge and the inner peripheral portion of the bag-shaped main body 8 with the flat portion interposed therebetween. These thick portions 26 and 27 can improve the strength of the edge of the bag-shaped main body 8. As described above, according to the present invention, the corners extending from both sides of the bag-shaped main body 8 to the top, the both sides of the bag-shaped main body 8, the corners extending from both sides of the bag-shaped main body 8 to the bottom, Since the fusion seal portion is firmly formed over the bottom of the bag-shaped main body 8, the mechanical strength can be improved over the outer peripheral edge of the bag-shaped main body 8. Fusion seal part 9
Even if the thick portions 26 and 27 are formed at both ends, the bag-shaped main body 8 is formed even when the bag-shaped main body 8 is filled with a liquid such as a blood solution or a chemical solution because the whole is formed flat. The two sheets, the extruded tube, can expand while retaining sufficient flexibility. Therefore, it is easy to fill the liquid, and even if the surface area of the sheet constituting the bag-shaped main body 8 is small, it is possible to fill a large volume of liquid while maintaining the above-mentioned effect.
